I'm very curious about this game. Hopefully I enjoy it as much as I enjoy Red Dead Redemption.
Portal's a fun game. Drove me crazy, though. It was so frustrating the first time through.
Looks like it would be a good time.
Cool box art.
It doesn't make sense to me to dump such a well-recognized brand. That is, unless they think the brand is damaged and keeps people from buying products that carry the brand.
I guess time will tell.
Tell that to all of the people who said they bought additional PS3's when the redesign was released. The design is every bit as important to some people as the price is.
Well, based on the type of interface we're talking about Wave is a plausible name.
I always thought that the PSPGo was a way to see if consumers were willing to go digital-only. I think for some types of media they are, and for other media such as games they aren't.
I have no problems with all of my music being digital downloads because Apple makes it so easy to manage.I don't even mind download-only games as long as I have the ability to make backups of them so that I don't lose them.
I think that's where many digital-onl...
Take-Two Interactive will be there according to the E3 exhibitor list, but Rockstar isn't currently listed. I wonder what the chance is of Take-Two fronting Rockstar's games at the show?
I've liked what I've seen so far. A lot of really good titles. I'm glad that Sony hasn't waited to announce them all as part of a video montage. The games need to be able to stand on their own, and so far they do.
I always get excited for E3, but too often that excitement is dulled by the stupid console warriors and their little battles over who wins and who loses. Completely overshadows the gaming goodness. Hopefully they've all grown up a bit since last ...
I only have about half that many, but I'm the same way.
Yeah, I think a redesign to go with the rebranding would be good and might help shed some of the stigma associated with the current design.
I think that Microsoft does need to re-brand the Xbox 360. It might give them the shot in the arm they need to rebuild some momentum.
Not a chance. Not a chance at all. The only people that would get that much per console are the lawyers, because all any of us would probably get is a voucher for a PSN download.
Losing a class action lawsuit won't force Sony to bring OtherOS back. We need to get used to the idea that it is gone forever. The only thing a PS3 owner who is part of the class action will see is maybe a few dollars or a voucher for a game download or something.
I think that people judge Microsoft a bit harshly over the problems with the launch 360's. Nintendo's launch DS Lite units had bad problems with hinge cracking. I had to have mine fixed twice. Sony's launch PS2's had crappy DVD drives. Mine broke right after the 90 day warranty expired. Every company, at one point or another, has an embarrassing episode that shakes their customers' loyalty. Once it happens what really matters is how the company responds.

You're right. Sony, as a corporation, is not capable of caring. Perhaps they're better at understanding what their customers want and meeting their customers expectations.
It's a frustrating thing when a console breaks. Hopefully everything works out for these people.
3D needs to prove itself as more than a gimmick. Right now it is expensive and there isn't much content that takes advantage of it. If it can do that then I'm all for it. Although I guess a few years ago that's where Blu-ray was, and that turned out ok.
The official spin begins. I hope they have the support to back it up.
