If Microsoft makes one then you have no incentive to upgrade your console.
I wonder if you'll be able to use remote play to play the PS3 version on the PSP?
How does next gen feel?
I can't wait to see how the launch shapes up. I really want the game and I'm glad that no matter which console gets the "better" version I'll be able to play it.
Having the game exclusive to the PS3 probably would not have made a bit of difference as far as install times go. Look at Heavenly Sword. That took a long time to install, too. And that was a PS3 exclusive.
People just aren't used to games having to be installed on consoles.
There sure are a lot of people upset about this. What's to be upset over? It is both funny and true.
Funny or not, it's true.
Fanboys will never agree, so they're irrelevant. I have both consoles and I've been looking for articles like this one that put both side by side. I'm leaning toward the 360 version, but I'm not sure I want to buy Live again to play online. Hopefully a few more of these pop up.
Considering the footprint that Microsoft has in the world today I find it hard to believe that the decline will happen any time soon. I'm willing to bet that at least 90% of the people that post on this topic will be doing so from a computer that runs a Microsoft OS.
Something better be coming to replace it.
Did Activision suddenly become relevant without anybody knowing it?
I enjoyed the first Saints Row. I'm up for another go-around.
I would advise Gamestop to stop selling a competing warranty program. If they get stuck with consoles because they made a sucker bet then I don't have much sympathy for them.
I love Twisted Metal. I'd love a new one!
I'm looking forward to a great 2008 for the PS3. Unfortunately there aren't many exclusives coming this year that I'm looking forward to. I'm sure I'll get MGS4 because I've bought into the hype, but most of the games I want are multiplats like Soul Calibur and the new Star Wars game.
I'll stop gaming when they pry the controller from my cold, dead fingers.
I have a Microsoft service contract on my 360, so my RROD warranty will last an extra two years. But he does have a point. There are people that will buy a new console because of their investment in their game library. I did it when my PS2 broke.
I'm glad to see the PS3 picking up steam. More sales equals more games and I'm always up for more games.
Reverse engineering computer hardware is something that has always happened. It always violates the intellectual property rights of the IP holder, but it isn't always done for the sake of pirating. There are many kinds of hackers and not all of them do it to steal. Unfortunately the ones who hack to steal tend to take information from the ones that don't and use it in inappropriate ways.
I sort of went Blu by default when I bought a PS3. So I hope that this format war doesn't continue for much longer. There are so many Hi-def movies that I want that I can't get.
