I guess I'll wait for the reviews to see which version is better. I doubt I would pay for the episodic content in either case. I'm not a big fan of being raked over for additional content after paying $60 for a game.
You can find this game all over the place. I guess except for Southern California.
Perhaps you should have checked Amazon.com before you posted, because it is in stock and has a "newest version" tag on the listing.

So perhaps the supply constraint is over?
So Nintendo should have held the game back until everyone had their lenses cleaned? I don't understand why you think it should have been held back.
Funny how people disagree when the information is right there in front of them. Don't worry, Nintendo is doing it, too. Look:

Five edits about the Virtual Console.
My point is that this is not a big deal.
Big deal. Sony has edited the Playstation 3 page, too.

Edited twice by Sony North America in San Diego.
I can completely understand why a company would edit a Wiki about it. Companies have a reputation to uphold and Wikipedia is rife with inaccuracies.
Lack of good games is killing the PSP. There are a handful of really good games, but not too many killer apps.
Day 1 purchase for me. I only need to decide whether I like Yoda or Vader better I guess. I'm leaning toward Yoda, though.
So far so good.
Seems like a perfectly scientific poll to me.
Which Sony games got a 7.5 that deserved a higher score? I would like to stack them up against this once I pick it up tomorrow.
Infecting 1.3 million computers is one thing. Infecting 1.3 million computers with the intention to steal is another. That's hardly petty larceny.
I wish Microsoft would just release some sort of hard drive caddy that lets me put whatever hard drive I want into the system.
When the Wii and PS3 released I know that the employees of the EB Games where I live got first dibs on them. I don't really have a problem with it, though. This sort of thing happens in every industry.
What does Sony not replacing your PS2 have to do with Microsoft turning a profit? I don't get it. By the way, they wouldn't fix mine, either.
Seems to me that if you picked up a box full of beans that you would hear the beans shifting around in the box. Unless they were packed so tight they couldn't move.
I have to question if this game will ever truly see the light of day.
It's neither one time nor occasional if you own the 20gb model. Three 5gb installs and those are the only games you can play. Unless you constantly delete and reinstall, or upgrade the HD.
On Ridge Racer 7 the install is optional, but it greatly reduces the in-game loading times. I think it's worth it, but it has to really be pinching owners of the 20gb model. Sure you can upgrade the hard drive, but that's just an added expense.
I agree with you. None of those reasons justifies a higher price tag in my opinion, but they are great benefits of ownership.
