Dang, I never even thought of that. Too bad the Wii U pack doesn't come with the Blue Shell trophy either. I'd love to get my hands on that package. :D
Nintendo's UK marketing for this game has been much stronger than in any other region, so I guess they wanted to announce this pack for this region in particular. If the game sells well enough (which I think it honestly will) they'll probably do bundles for North America and Japan.
@Immorals
I feel ya man, but maybe we can get a Black Friday deal this year. I wish you luck on your purchase. :)
You lucked out man! I've yet to get a Vita, so my hope is that when I finally do they will lift this restriction again and I can get them all on the go as well. :)
@Death
There is a separate license for each playable version of those games. There is a license for the PS3 version, another one for the PSP version and yet another for the Vita version. For the third party developers and publishers involved, if even one of those licenses is sold without their say so, Sony could face a copyright violation lawsuit.
Yeah, they're the lucky ones lol. I was up and ready to buy a Vita because of this, but sadly I simply don't have the money for it yet.
Such a shame. :( I hope they reverse this choice as soon as possible.
Fair enough, the game is meant for a niche crowd. Heavy metal is not for everyone (but you're the first gamer I've met who outright hates it). I personally think this game is great for the MGS franchise because it further establishes what a badass Raiden is.
Of course they can. People can report spam on Miiverse. I know because I did it one time on my friend's Wii U. :P
@Foxtrot
You're complaining about two completely different things. Nintendo's Miiverse team has absolutely no effect on the online capabilities the developers at Nintendo EAD may or may not provide. That all being said, the online infrastructure is just fine. It has online multiplayer, public voice chat, DLC (Sonic Lost World and Pikmin both have it, if I'm not mistaken). The problem is it lacks modern features the other guys have. In other words, it's decent ...
Yeesh, that's not good. Nintendo needs to rethink the level of restrictions they put on Miiverse. I thought comments would be monitored more closely. Such a shame it's so cut and dry.
I think that the community has a right to speak passionately against changes that don't really make the service better, to be honest. If Nintendo is smart, they will listen. Some restrictions are necessary to maintain a good community, but I don't think this is one of them.
Actually what I like about all of this is the Miiverse community coming together against the restriction. I do believe that Nintendo monitoring the service is good for younger users, but a three minute comment restriction is a bit overkill.
Awesome! Thanks for letting me know. :D
I know, just saying that there is a developer already who has worked with UE on Wii U before.
Hey man, no harm in paying for less when you can. The ladies often do the same thing. ;P
PC version is the best one in terms of visuals from my understanding. Xbox One is only best as far as consoles go.
I don't doubt that at all, actually.
I don't know, there was a lot of controversy with Watch Dogs. I think publishers will definitely want to avoid that in future.
You're buying a $240 game console with a $60 game. How on earth is that too expensive?
