They could easily build 10 sequels and a couple of prequels into the game. Problem is it woulndn't come out for another 5 years or so. Maybe more.

Imo they should have released that thing for around $200 in the first place. Remember when they were saying how great it was to be making a profit off each console sold at such an early stage in the console generation? I kind of felt like they should have slid a little of that profit the consumer's way in the form a a price cut.

@1.3: I used to think the same thing about Elder Scrolls games, but Bethesda managed to make Morrowind work fine on the Xbox, then they nearly perfected their system on consoles with Oblivion(regardless of the games obvious weaknesses).
There's no reason Diablo could be made to work on consoles with a little creativity. Have a little faith in Blizzard. They're not idiots.

I didn't find the Ewoks really took anything away from the film. They may have been a little too cutesy for their own good, but they never felt tacked on like Jar Jar Binks. I actually remember being pretty fond of the little guys as a kid. Sure, I got over it with age, but are they really that annoying?

@Grandtheft: Well I'd show you if I could. Usually by the time GTA4 has finished loading the fans will be in high gear and it's literally as loud as my vacuum. I was going to get it fixed a while back, but I'm out of warranty and a little noise isn't worth $150. Still annoying, though.
My 60gig is just over two years old and it sounds roughly as loud as a vacuum as well. It was whisper quiet at first, but over time it just got worse and worse. I even took it apart once and cleaned all the dust out with a paintbrush and vacuum. It helped, but not as much as I'd hope. Oddly enough, I just got a 360 about 2 months ago and it's noticeably quieter than the PS3.
Call me a fanboy if you want guys, but that's been my experience. Some PS3s just get incredibly loud ...
Wow. It's definitely smaller than the original PS3, but it's still fairly large as consoles go. I have a PS1 slim lying around somewhere and the size difference between that and the PS1 fat was pretty huge.
I kind of like the shine on the original PS3, but it does attract fingerprints. Mine's 2 years old now and it's definitely lost a lot of its luster. The matte finish on the slim is probably a good idea.
