You guys see the English movie with Malcolm McDowell? Yikes. What a stinker.
The sixaxis sucks, man. It's way less practical than the wii-mote and the upcoming ps3mote. Not that I'm a fan of any motion controls, but let's face it, the sixaxis is the bottom of the barrel in that field.
I dig my DS3 for playing real games, but if devs choose to leave that motion BS at the door, then that's fine by me. The best implementations of the sixaxis I've seen so far are in Killzone and R&C: Future and frankly I could have done without it in both games.
I hope she returns. Shepard (my Shepard) is totally hittin' that. :)
I suspect they just don't want to pour money into learning something unfamiliar. Were I a PS3 only owner I'd be a little bummed about it, but hey, they can do what they want with their own games. Doesn't mean they're any more biased or lazy than any other dev. that ever developed an exclusive game (for any system).
You're absolutely right. EVERYTHING leaks.
What's up with Sheppard's face in that pic? He's all scarred up.
Wow, the graphics look a LOT better, imo. If the pop-in is fixed then...wow.
Question: Wasn't this already a class in ME1? I played a Vanguard, but I swear there were adepts around in that game too.
Don't bite my head off ME hardcores. It's been a while since I played it.
$15 for Bionic Commando is a nice deal.
*cue people who've never played the game saying it sucks*
Agreed 1000x. Everyone's such a wank around here all the time. There's really no need for it.
@1.4: Maybe they have a general theme in mind like "tropical", "desert" or "urban", but they just haven't nailed down the exact location yet.
It's not so hard to like both guys. Games are for fun.
"Why are they being so negative as always?"
This whole industry thrives on negativity. We (gamers) really are a spiteful bunch.
Double XP, eh? Maybe I'll put MW2 away for a few days and dust off my old KZ2 disc. Used to have a lot of fun with it online.
Lol. Seems to be translated form Danish or something. Grammar issues aside, this is sweet news. I used to love those games.
As a guy with a life (girlfriend, job, dog, etc), I sometimes just have to leave a game suddenly so this sort of sucks for me, but I guess I can see where they're coming from. I generally try not to go online unless I'm sure there won't be any distractions for a while.
Can't say I've come across a lot of instances where people quit because they're losing, though. Maybe I don't pay close enough attention to the names on the opposing team, but I almost never see it happen.
This should hit 1200 degrees in no time.
I thought it was an okay story. Sure, sometimes you'll find yourself in the middle of a skirmish somewhere without much of an idea why you're there, but I think that's what it would be like if you were a US soldier and your country got attacked out of nowhere. Nobody would take the time to go into detail about why you're shooting at bad guys in the suburbs. Your orders would come down from the top and off you'd go without asking why.
Seems like IW was going for that sort of fe...
Meh. I'd rather just buy it online, but they (and by they I mean everyone who's involved with DD) really need to start lowering prices. I mean they don't have to pay for discs or shipping or split their profits with the retailers, so they're making a crap-tonne more money than they do with normal retail, but what do we get out of it? Nothing. If anything, stuff costs more through DD because there are rarely any sales and there's almost no competition.
It's a good deal by a Gamestop standard, but that's not saying much.
I'm not one of those Gamestop haters or anything, but the "deals" they offer on used games are atrocious. Why not just buy the game brand new for $5 more and support a dev?
I actually bought a new copy of Dead Rising there once and it was EXACTLY the same price as the used ones they had.
Really? Damn, I had no idea.
