...But more of a general problem with the larger western countries. This sort of stuff may be an American stereotype, but go to Germany, Canada, Britain (especially Britain) and you will see the same thing.

Modern day laziness is the problem; not something country-specific.

BTW: How do you guys stay active with that nice Caribbean air? It is so sleep-inducing! I've never slept so well, nor been so lazy, than when I visited the Leeward Islands. :0

I'm surprised that Geek Squad is still around when you can simply ask around on internet forums and get a much quicker and dependable solution... all for free.

But then again, the people who don't know how to set up something as simple as a gaming console or sync 3D glasses probably think the internet is black magic.

From what I have heard, the cut content was just an epilogue. So it's really nothing necessary, but it is always good to know that if they get around to finishing it, we won't have to pay. They could have easily charged premium prices for the content, so they seriously deserve some credit for considering a free release.

Fred: Dino, do you have General Knoxx's Armory so we can play together?

Dino: No Fred, but I'm downloading it right now using the new automated system! You're just going to have to wait an hour and a half.

Fred: F*ck off.

Communism is the best form of government, THEORETICALLY. It just doesn't work in reality. Hell, even China is (very slowly) starting to move away from communism. You just can't keep a population of 1 billion+ people under that sort of control forever, nor can you effectively maintain a monopoly of state-run industries once the country becomes larger.

0_o. And this test is pretty fail--you should be able to at least "pass" easily if you have been gaming for just the last 3 years. 80% of the characters date from the current gen/late last gen. -.-

...You should never have gone into that with any expectations. It wasn't even a demo, just a basic platform for a contest. I still don't understand how people believe that it was a "demo." It was not made for you to get an accurate glimpse of the game, and it was not made for your enjoyment. It was made to scout out potential candidates for the GT Academy.

Really. I read Kotaku regularly, and its a decent blog. I remember as early as late 2008 you COULD say that they were heavily 360 biased, but that really isn't the case anymore. The articles are more intelligent and the authors are more professional than much of these so called "gaming journalists." And its a blog for christ's sake. Hell, the commenters on there are more intelligent then 80% of N4G commenters. I don't understand why people yell "bias" when there is clearly...

Now THAT is how you do a trailer. Engrossing, visually stunning, and yet it shows enough pure gameplay to keep one satisfied. Not that I expected any less from PD!

*watches again*

...Is that they don't age well graphically. AT ALL. The gameplay in Vice City and San Andreas may be top notch, but its sort of difficult to go back after experiencing the living, breathing environment of GTA IV.

It's so much more fun playing a baseball video game than actually watching a game.

I'm not much of a baseball fan (or sports fan in general), but I do love me some MLB The Show.

I've got to say, Windows 7 is pretty damn good. Runs like a dream, even on older machines. I'm not usually one to praise Microsoft, but they do deserve the good sales of this...

God DAMN; Destructoid, Sterling, and the sheep that infest that site disgust me.

You think the N4G fanboys are bad? Wait until you see the dregs of society that cling to Sterling.

...Obviously a publicity stunt/fake story. Pretty pathetic, IW, pretty pathetic... Just when I thought they couldn't get any lower.

"We just wanna make our games." LOL, that is Z-grade writing right there.

Are the people that support him. Seriously, read the comments on Destructoid. They're all blind sheep.

My own personal list is:

Roller Coaster Tycoon (2): It's like LEGOS; once you start building, its hard to stop. Thousands upon thousands of user-made content (new sceneries, rides, etc.) helps it never get stale.

Microsoft Flight Simulator: Once you sink in the hours required to learn it, it is very fun trying new routes/planes. User-made extra content (planes, scenery) also adds TONS to the vanilla gameplay. Also, unless you want a bunch of half-finished flights und...
