More like a minute and a half but your point still stands
Not sure where the value comes in. It's a full price remaster. Borderlands 2 has been free on plus. The pre sequel has been dirt cheap a few times. I guess there's the dlc, but imo dlc rarely measures up to the game it's built for. Especially the dlc that serves only a cosmetic purpose.
Same.
Yes but even then the amiibo boards are a linear snore fest like what we saw with smash tour in the new smash. Then you're left with 5 boards (less than MP1 but maybe the same as 2). The awesome boards are also detracted from though by the fact that everyone is essentially in the same boat and you're not seeing a variety of different situations between the turns. Then there's the lack of mini-games unless you fall on the right space, making the best part of the game occur even les...
It doesn't look like the kind of game that needs a delay. But I thought the same about The Witness and that's been in Limbo.
Its true. Bethesda's game will be goty material if it releases. I personally have no time for batman. Guys had the most unjustified hype train behind him for too long. The witcher 3 I could understand though. And Rock Band 4 could see a once stale genre revitalized.
Jaqen makes a valid point. Sony might be turning over a new leaf. We haven't even had explicit info on what MM, Guerilla, Santa Monica, and Quantic Dream are up to. It's been enough time actually that we could expect another announcement from Sucker Punch for a 2016 game.
Great list. I'd add Isaac from Golden Sun. Honestly those games deserve more of an homage than Breath of Fire imo.
I wish this game would go back to its roots. Ironically the first game had the most content (the store, a board for each character, a map for adventure mode) discounting mini games, but it also had some of the best games in the series.
I think by surprises they mean the new stuff in the list like new trophy and friend options. If there is something else I'll be happy though.
No I agree. Sony is certainly capable of getting PSone classics on the PS4. These should be a priority. They should also all be cross-buy. People shouldn't pay twice for the exact same product. All they have to do is finish that emulation software they've been working on. I'm not really holding my breath for PS2 games though unless it ends up being like the scant selection we see on PS3.
Why the disagrees. This is true. Pretty sure even Phil acknowledged this. I think it's how they partition the games maybe?
God of war collection for 1 dollar at Wal-Mart? Man my Wal-Mart only had crap games like this black eyed peas game and stuff. All for 20 bucks. I guess your Wal-Mart has what I would call a loonie bin. Insane games for insane prices. All at the price of a loonie.
My philosophy as well. Even if it looks like something I wouldn't like but people talk it up, I'll try it out. No matter what genre.
Totally linguistic gymnastics. I stared at the headline for 45 seconds before doing a choose my own adventure translation.
I bought a 100 foot roll just in case my first hat tears. Expecting a 9.4. Any lower and the aliens did it.
"absolutely fantastic"
While perhaps true I rest the case I made earlier today that dualshockers has a strong tendency to fall into the realm of sensationalist journalism. I see simple screenshot articles like this every day. Some times the adjectives get recycled a lot. I still like the site. It's just this one thing is pretty cheesy.
I see this getting patched to be about half the time they take now. There's really no reason for the loading to take that long if the game is optimized properly so a fix is very probable.
That and it was free on PS plus. Although that spear of degrading has to be one of the most annoying things I've seen in a game. Even if I was more skilled than the invader, they would always have tons of potions and then some of my armour would start to give out. Then I would be pretty much screwed and would have nothing left and nothing to repair my crappy armour. Then once I got back to where I was the cycle would sometimes repeat. Them trolls.
I don't think most will look back on Dragon age and really care. It's really one of those games that gets wholly replaced by its successors. It got a fair amount of attention for being a solid game in a mediocre year for gaming. That's about it. There's nothing especially memorable about it imo. It's just not a gen defining game and it will get lost under the rubble when the amazing games start to come. Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 could be the start of this.
