The sidequests look so much better. DA's content was mostly bland like the typical MMORPG unfortunately.
Sometimes there can be too much of a good thing. I wouldn't complain if the series took a break. The most milked franchises are the ones that go downhill the quickest. Variety is a good thing. You don't want a series to get burnt out like ac or cod.
Pretty sure you made me quit demons souls lol. I still haven't beaten that game. Including that troll spear was a fatal error on from's part.
Well said. I have personally thought that some form of multiplayer in elder scrolls would be awesome. It just needs to be balanced and executed perfectly. And optional of course.
Cue it's been awhile by Staind. I do hope Halo can get as good as it was at its peak though. Who wouldn't want that?
I agree the sales are horrible especially for old games, but you are definitely wrong to say these games aren't worth full price at launch. Bayonetta and super Mario 3d world are two of the most critically acclaimed games to come out for this generation of consoles. Both are excellent games. I do wish that Nintendo didn't practice artificial scarcity and monopolize their library though. Pikmin 3 came out years ago. It's simply not worth 60 dollars anymore. Go to eBay and it is eve...
Killing bots with a custom soundtrack going used to be one of my favourite pastimes. The maps were so beautiful and well-designed in that game. Then the classes and how they were balanced. Such a great experience.
Imo titanfall and Destiny both offered some of the best fps gameplay we've seen in years, but both ironically failed to deliver in terms of scope/content. Titanfall should have a campaign and place an emphasis on more players over bots while Destiny should have maybe six sandboxes as opposed to four and more side stuff to do within these environments. Not to mention a few more raids and story missions. Enough of this cutting and trimming and repackaging as overpriced dlc.
Yeah movie was meh compared to the book. Might have been the director switch. I think Dumbledore also got switched out in that one which really threw me off.
Vasoline lol. Basically everything in Unreal Engine 3 (Gears 1 and UT3 especially) and maybe the last level of Uncharted went overboard as well.
Motion blur and lens flare can be beautiful and immersive. Case in point, killzone 2.
And was it good? I love Dragon quest but don't want some hyrule warriors spin-off happening. Just give me DQ how it's meant to be played. Cool as ice with extra toppings.
I don't understand where the series could go. Imo GoW3 had the perfect ending for the series. Technically it could continue, but it would just take away from the series kind of like picking up where the MGS4 timeline finished. And they've already done a prequel/origin story so what's left? A reboot or the same concept in a different time and space (some bioshock infinite stunt)? I want another GoW, but I simply don't get it.
This.
Is he paid dlc though? If so I don't really care. He's pretty much just a Ness reskin.
It's been long enough. They should have really debuted the console with it. The least they can do now is try to get us at least a new game every month. Just 1 is pretty weak in all honesty.
Yeah Nintendo is always a rip with their first party games. I'm still glad that the Wii u is starting to get native n64 games though.
I could definitely see how demons souls started off as a failure. Some parts of it do feel unpolished for sure. But the same could be said for the original monster hunter and that series is killing it now. Both are somewhat poorly executed games that are infused with more genius than even some of the best games.
At first I thought hell no, and than I really thought about the atmosphere similiarities and the ominous feelings that both series portray. Could actually work.
Nice article title. Puns are the best.
