Kind of a shame that BF Hardline and Mario Party 10 did so well sales-wise. Both are two of the worst games in their respective franchises. I guess name brands sell though. Bloodborne did amazing for a new IP that caters to a niche market. I expect more collabs with Sony in the future. Maybe after Dark Souls 3?
Mobile gaming intrigued me in the beginning, but it has really gone downhill imo. It just feels like it has hit a wall and there are too many cloned games and recycled microtransaction systems. That and the lack of buttons and the low-end graphical capabilities will always hold it back. Though it would be interesting if a phone could match the Vita graphically in two years or so.
Condoning screen looking and putting everyone on an equal playing field is a cool concept. This should almost become a game mode for other big FPS franchises.
Religion is a joke if its advocates can go around judging others and trumpeting morality despite being the most ignorant and morally corrupt people alive. I won't outright offend religion, but people like you make it hard.
Gay people are the way they are because it is how they are born and think. Religious people are the way they are because they are conditioned post-birth to think a certain way. Who is free and what is natural in this situation?
It's funny that you mention that. Lesbianism or even bisexual females always get a pass because of textbook male perversion. Especially in the video game industry where more than three quarters of gamers are likely male.
There's nothing wrong with this. It's just realistic lore. As long as games, shows, and movies aren't boasting about it to sell their product. It's a nice gesture if anything. Go variety.
I feel like the game is mediocre in some respects, but compared to other games on the market or even just open-world games it blows the competition out of the water. I would say it offers more than games that were reviewed at 8 and 9 (AC, FC, Infamous, Sunset Overdrive,etc.).
On the other hand, all of these open-world games almost feel like they occupy the genre simply because of the size of the world and not the quantity/variety of content. We keep getting repetitive quests...
Only complaint is the mass executions. I'm also not a fan of the slowdown in MGS5 though.
It's funny because I never use Diddy. He was one of my least favourite characters. I guess one of his moves was cheap or had an exploit? I am just not in the loop with hardcore smash fans. They're all still playing melee anyway I guess.
Kind of agreed but I'm also in it for the co-op experience. Rock band rocks in this regard.
I think it will be overhauled quite a bit in terms of presentation and whatnot. Even if it was the same though, the only reason people got bored was oversaturation. It's been years now and I'm sure a lot of people like me even skipped RB3 so for people like that it's been awhile. Should be a fun time. Haven't played for over 5 years now.
Just go on Youtube and read the comments for any PS4 game. Uncharted 4 will be filled with "why isn't this on PS3...the system is useless now...what about the money I spent on it?"
Literally just self-entitled little kids who don't understand the concept of progressive technology and complain despite PS3's amazing life cycle. In reality they don't have an income, so they can only get the PS4 as a gift. Yet there they are buying every and any cross-ge...
Has it been confirmed to not be on Xbox at all? Just wondering. The announcement happened in Japan and Xbox isn't relevant there, so it wouldn't get a mention regardless. I heard Sony is involved though, so it could be exclusive?
One is dumb because of the iteration factor. But it is also dumb because it's not original. Quite a few electronic devices have already used the name "One" with HTC's phone probably being the prime example.
The main thing I noticed was the difference in floor textures. Many of the differences do seem aesthetic and not graphical though from what I can tell. The downgrade isn't the worst I've seen.
Not a fan of the characters or title this time around (uninspired and corny), but I will probably end up buying this game. Hopefully it brings the franchise back to its former glory.
10 years = the entire Destiny "franchise". I suspect we'll have an entire trilogy this gen. Not sure why everyone repeatedly misconstrues that one press conference. The $500 million plan also applies to the "franchise".
I think it was more like they wanted to branch out from Halo and MS obviously wasn't in to this. I doubt they think Activision is better. They just needed some industry fat cats to fund their idea. Jokes on them. They lost their souls and are being forced to cut up already sparse content into more expensive slices.
I can't help but feel $20 a pop was too much for what they gave. Yes you can bundle it for $5 less but $20 is technically the price. It's more like a little more than what I would expect for $10. Look at Infamous: FL at $15. Way more content there. If Bungie is going to use the title "expansion" they need to actually offer something resembling an expansion. Like a new planet or two and a bit more in terms of raid/strike content.
The amount of content on offe...
That does seem to be the main reason. It's funny though because they are always just hurting the consumer that they are trying to vouch for. Sony and MS are at the point though where I think they will improve their servers and security. It's too embarrassing for them not to.
This particular scenario is far from a confirmed hack though.
Dr. Spin is in the house.
