Definitely agree. The first game was more in line with the quality of the Jak games and sits more in the 8 out of 10 range. 2 boosted them into the stratosphere, 3 was great as well since it relied on a lot of copy and paste from 2 and then The Last of Us was another masterpiece like 2. Uncharted 2 is still my favourite ND game though because it was amazing without a reliance on a dark, mature narrative and was just a fantastic game at heart. Really just gaming perfection.
GTA V is a little high imo. Clearly a From Software fan which I respect. Bayonetta 2 cleaned up. I should probably pick it up some day. Disagree with quite a bit here though.
Most FFs deserve a spot higher than XII. Maybe just not II,III, and the XIIIs. Still undecided on V.
Definitely a great experience. Everyone should play through it imo.
The TV series is worse. Started off okay and then just tripped all over itself with horrible pacing in order to lag behind the comic. Fear the Walking Dead has been better so far, but it needs to run a little longer to see if it gets ruined by drama tropes and questionably long plotlines that exist simply because of the "season" business model.

Such a foul translation
Worst.
All games get DLC pretty quickly these days, so this is by no means blasphemous. I think it's a waste of money for this stuff personally, but at least it's not a 40 dollar season pass or running on a Destiny model (2 "expansions" followed by a legitimate expansion combined with a rerelease).
Noice.
Same. It's one of the best lineups they've had. Certainly worth celebrating imo. It's also made better by the fact that PlayStation is having one of its worst Falls in history. I think Persona and multiplats are really going to carry it this season.
Talking about the MCC and the fee is Live Gold?
For the specific time period I think it could be called the best. Don't get me wrong. I'm going to be enjoying the hell out of Fallout and Persona, but Xbox does have the most well-rounded lineup for this holiday. Then PS4 has the best Spring obviously. No one system ALWAYS has the best lineup. That's what I've learned. Maybe Nintendo will own next Fall?
X wasn't half as linear. The system was ATB that gave you almost no options and encouraged the boredom that is auto-chain. No one liked characters being controlled by AI in....um just XII? (really just gambits). People are still upset that you only control Noctis in XV. Go home. You're drunk.
Exactly. Bought the first one at release and then never bought another. Literally the only FFs I haven't played and finished. If a trilogy remaster comes out, I would consider getting it just to see how the series improved but it would be a chore to sit through the cringe-worthy dialogue and automated combat system again.
It's just a deceptive statement to make you think something else and take in the clicks. It's like saying Dragon Age Inquisition is this generation's Skyrim because they both have an emphasis on dragons. Basically a bs connection that no one would care to make unless they could spin it into something for hits and ad revenue.
Actually...even newer games like No No Kimi and Child of Light have been turn based and have received critical acclaim. Other games like DA use a pseudo-MMO battle system that technically still falls into a style of turn based combat. The only real difference is that were auto-attacking now which I hate. Completely kills the immersion and makes the game feel like it's playing itself. In reality, auto-attack was just invented to avoid latency online and to cover up something mundane with s...
I've always preferred unlockables. I realize the focus is on creation and playing the communities maps, but everyone would have had all the tools eventually anyway. If anything having no unlockables takes away from a game's longevity. I wouldn't play LBP nearly as long without them. The reviewers probably just complained because reviews involve time constraints that made it impossible for them to see everything in the game.
At first I was like oh no...first split screen and now this? But then I realized that the voting system kind of sucked and you never got to play the majority of the maps because of it. Good choice 343. Leave map repetition to custom games.
First story was pretty meh all around. I liked what they did with the introduction, desert scene, and Sully developments (red herring foreshadowing mostly).
