Licensing or permission, I presume, if it is actually in the game, and not just a picture they made up just for fun.
This was one of the more informational items I have read on this site. I appreciate this info, and had no idea about it before. I always assumed I was helping my team by trying to help capture the flags, but I would have been better off protecting myself and setting up for a safer strategy.

In the beta, the highest I have found is a 61. I have a 61 special weapon shotgun (and it isn't even green, so it has no special properties), and I think a 58 scout rifle (that one is green). I had weapons over 100 in the alpha too. If other people are still having 100s in the beta, then maybe that is a problem.
I was a Hunter in the Alpha and a Warlock in the PS4 Beta. I'll try a Titan in the XB1 Beta when that starts this week. That will help me decide what I want to be in the real game.
It seems to me like the Warlock in the Beta is underpowered for the crucible. The titans have all that extra armor and better weapons, so one-on-one it is difficult. I am guessing that as the Warlock gets to a higher level, he will have some devistating options, but since we can only get ...
In the beta, it was all automatic, but there were barely any lines from your character. There weren't any long conversations.

That would be well and good if it was the beta that was down, but it is the whole network that is down. I cannot go to the playstation store right now, because the network is crippled.

I bought Octodad and Blue Estate for full PS+ price on day one. I also bought Flower specifically for PS4. I played and enjoyed Contrast, Resogun, Don't Starve, and Stick it to the Man. I bought AC IV, Need for Speed, Watch Dogs, Wolfenstein, and Killzone.

I preordered the ghost PS4 from Best Buy today. With GCU, it is only $120, plus apparently, you still get a $10 reward certificate for buying it. Didn't even buy it to flip it, just wanted the all the gear for this one.

I would assume that if there are trophies are in the beta, they would be for the beta. When you play the full game, even if the trophy is in the beta, you would get the trophy again for the full game. The full game is a different game/application than the beta. If that is the case, you would only have 8 days to get the trophies in the beta, which I think would be pretty cool.

It is actually only 8 days for PS3/PS4. July 17-20 then July 23-26. July 21 and 22 will be closed for maintenance.
