The thing that bums me out about sharing video clips is you have to share it on facebook. What I want is any of the people on my friends list on PS4 to see my clips when they are on their PS4 (if they want to), but I really don't want to post video clips on my facebook wall. I would say 95% of my facebook friends wouldn't be interested in that.
I might have to make a fake second facebook page just for video clips. Seems really unnecessary.
I am getting both systems at launch, but not spending much over $1200.
PS4 = $400
ACIV PS4 = $40 (Amazon B2 G1)
Lego Marvel = $40 (Same deal)
Need For Speed Rivals = $40
Dualshock 4 = $30 (Amazon takes $30 off if you trade in $30)
Total PS4 = $550
XB1 = $500
Dead Rising 3 = $48 (Best Buy GCU)
Ryse = $48 (Best Buy GCU, if I even get it)
XB1 controller = $60
Total XB1 = $6...
They are sending an e-mail out tomorrow to everyone who preordered a PS4 that if they buy a year of PS+ tomorrow, they will get a $10 in PSN cash.
The thing about the year of plus with any bundle appears to have been someone who ordered the bundle that included PS+ already. It doesn't look like they are giving a free year of PS+ to everyone who ordered bundles that didn't include PS+.
But then again, I don't believe everything I read, so maybe I ...
If I had waited for and listened to reviews, I never would have got Brink. I know a lot of people didn't like Brink, and I understand why, but I loved it (once the bugs got fixed). It is the ONLY competitve multiplayer game I have ever enjoyed, and I have a real fondness for my time playing. I got every achievement for it, and it wound up being one of the favorites in my collection.
How many are out in the wild now? If we guess 10,000, and we know of 5 or 6. That would be a failure rate of .06%
.00001% failure rate is 1 out of every million. The failure rate is clearly a lot higher than 1 out of every million.
Battle Arena Toshindin....in space!
My most anticipated launch title for either system.
Well, I am sure Sony "fans" are super excited and Microsoft "fans" are picking at everything they can. I would guess most console gamers that aren't loyal to one system or the other are less enthusiastic about the short term, due to the delay of Watch Dogs and Drive Club along with the things that aren't available on day one, but are still optimistic over the long term over games that should be coming in the next year or so and the power of the system.

Interesting. My list would be
1) The Witness
2) Galak-Z
3) Octodad
4) Contrast
5) Daylight
6) Outlast
7) Everyone has Gone to the Rapture
8) Rime
9) Transistor
10) Secret Ponchos
Just started the original Miami Hotline on Vita for the first time today. Not bad, but not enough to make the sequel on my list yet.
Thanks for the info. In my case, that doesn't help, though. I have a vita, but no ps3. I'll also have the PS4 in about 48 hours.
If you have it on PS3, I believe it is free for Vita and PS4.
Is there a demo for flower? I have heard that it is a beautiful game, but I have no idea what it is about or how it works. Considering getting it, but I'd like to try to understand what it is a little better.
"And as for differences between the PS4 and Xbox One versions, associate designer Patrick Bellanca told us that he believes it wouldn't be possible to notice any even if you had them running side by side.
HELLO!!!!! The Xbox one has the coach glass app for Madden 25 that is exclusive and PS4 won't have it. Coach glass will work as your defensive coordinator. The XB1 cloud will keep track of the plays you run in on-line games and remember the formation and wh...
The author says "Dead Rising games are fun when you get to explore at your own pace and find your own fun," yet no Dead Rising game has ever let your explore at your own pace! This is the first one that is turning the clock off. I had a lot of fun playing it the way it was, and not even sure I want to play it where I can explore at my own pace. One of the things that made it different was always having the clock and trying to squeeze in as much as you can in the time allotted. <...
I will get Dead Rising 3 at launch. I am keeping my eye on D4, Killer Instinct, Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Break, and Project Spark, and considering each of them. I think Titanfall looks great, but I don't like competitive multiplayer, so I highly doubt I will get it. I am not a Halo fan, so I won't get that. I need to hear really good word of mouth to get Ryse or Crimson Dragon, but haven't ruled them out. No interest what-so-ever in Forza (although I think the Drive-atar is ...
I refuse to hit or read the article, because the headline is sensationalist B.S. If you look at Ebay's sold listings they are going for between 600 and 700 dollars. If they were going for $1,000, I would put my preorder on Ebay, let alone $5,000. But they aren't and I will gladly keep my preorder.
Shancake,
I am sure you will get some serious hate directed your way. I will refrain from any namecalling or venom, but I will say you made a mistake, and that mistake certainly mislead people. All games, by default, support remote play. Games that use the playstation camera and other periferals will not support remote play, not because they are somehow blocked from remote play, but because those controls cannot be mapped from the vita to the PS4 forcing the game not to...
They said you had to be logged on to the same account on the vita and the PS4. My wife and son don't have an account on the Vita, but they will on the PS4. Yes, they can use my account, but I still don't see how they will be able to use their account to do remote play...meaning if they were playing Lego Star Wars on their account, getting their own trophies, but wanted to use remote play...they would have to be playing as me instead of them, and no longer get their progress.
DR3 (and Madden for my son) are the only games I am buying for XB1 at launch. I really need to try a demo or hear strong word of mouth after release before I get Ryse.
For PS4, I am going to take advantage of the Target sale and get AC4, Need for Speed and Lego Marvel for my wife and son.
So between the two systems, we'll have 5 games at launch plus all of the free2play games from both systems.
For what it is worth, I got a PS4 with Lego Marvel shipped in the same box from Amazon. I wasn't planning on opening the shipment until my birthday in a couple of weeks, but I decided to open it this morning just to make sure everything was ok after reading articles like this. There was bubble packaging on top but none underneath or on the sides of PS4. I video recorded my unboxing and setup incase there were any issues, but everything was fine with my shipment. It all set up perfect ...
