Of course it would be a blow. It was THE promised free game with PS+ at launch. If they are empty handed for PS+ at launch, combined with the delay of Watch Dogs, some customers are either going to hold off or get an XB1.

Resogun is only confirmed as PS+ for Europe. If you are in Europe, then you will get it for free. If you are in North America, it is yet unknown if it will be free for PS+.
We'll probably have to wait a little bit for outlast to hit PS+, too. They said one game per month, and the first month is Driveclub.

I wasn't buying it for Watch Dogs, but Watch Dogs was the only launch title I was planning on buying. I am buying it for The Division, Destiny, The Witcher 3, Watch Dogs, The Witness, several indie games, Dragon Age etc.

Its basically the Xbox360 DRM for downloaded games, and since I had Xbox but not PS3 this gen, it is status quo for me when I switch to PS4.
I actually think it sounds pretty cool. Not cool enough to make me go with XB1 over PS4, but cool enough that I would be happy if PS4 added that fuctionality.

I bought a 15 month PS+ subscription back in March for my Vita (don't have a PS3) when they had the get $10 back deal like they are having now. They didn't send me my $10 back. When I complained to Playstation customer service, they said it was too late (mid April) and sorry, we can't help you.
YESSS! I had XB360 and no PS3 this gen but will go PS4 next gen, and I have heard so many good things about this game that I was hoping there would be a PS4 version. It is one I will get.

Bear in mind that I am getting a PS4 and not an XB1. To play devil's advocate, a reason to buy it for XB1 instead of PS4 would be multiplayer. If you were a heavy multiplayer user and wanted to take advantage of smartmatch, you would buy the XB1.
