Well.. it is part 1 of a 2 part series, so it's pretty obvious part 2 will be the top 5 360 games that ps3 fanboys wish they had. So at least it'll be balanced in the flamebait i guess.
Why spend the money on all those games and consoles if you aren't even going to play them?
I used to spend tons of time with quake 3 back in college. My longest sessions were usually 4-5 hours straight.. but from the other responses here I guess thats not so long after all.
Not really interested in any of these. Alan Wake has been pushed back so much its starting to look dated, and I don't get what the big deal is about duke nukem either. I played what I'm guessing was the first duke game on pc years ago, and it just seemed like a decent but not great fps. Whats with all the hype? LA noir is a game I'd like to see more about though.
There are plenty of good us devs. 2k, rockstar, bioware, insomniac, id, valve, bungie, epic, bethesda, blizzard off the top of my head, and i'm sure there are plenty more. There are plenty of good japanese devs of course, but the days of total japanese dominance are over

There already was a tenchu for the 360. It had last gen graphics and gameplay and ai from the ps1 era. I loved the first two, and the third one was mediocre, but the series is pretty much dead to me at this point after its failure to evolve after tenchu 2.
Halo's campaign was good but overrated, but you have to admit they did some great things with multiplayer. I prefer cod4's online, but halo 3 had pretty much everything a fan of the series would want in terms of multiplayer.
Saints Row 2? If the first one was any indication, i'll stick w/gta thx.
The screens look great. Those ps3 owners who missed out on bioshock are in for the best game of 2007 imo. They really should have changed the tube puzzle game though. It was the only boring/redundant part of an otherwise amazing game.
I'm an arsenal fan, and LOVED Henry. But I can't say that he's better than Ronaldo. Henry is a better pure goal scorer true, but Ronaldo is the better all around player. Better passing, better dribbling, better vision, better in the air and just a more well rounded player. Henry has the edge on consistency, as he's been great for years now and Ronaldo is just emerging, but right now no one can touch Ronaldo.
With all the talent england has its a crime they didn't get in. The manager deserved to get booted.
I wouldn't take a free copy of that game, its complete rubbish.
If C. Ronaldo isn't the best player in the world right now? Who is? I can't think of a single player who you could ever argue is better than him right now.
If gamespot giving mgs4 a 7 is all it takes to keep bladestar from buying a ps3 and staying out of ps3 forums with his fanboy crap, then i hope it gets a 6.
Guess Konami didn't shell out enough advertising money huh? I'm sure all they would have had to do is just buy a few banners and a background like kane and lynch and mgs4 would have gotten a glowing 9.5 from gamespot. Funny how "journalistic integrity" works in the gaming world.

Uncharted is by far and away the best exclusive game released so far for the ps3. I'd put it at a firm #2 after bioshock for my goty in 2007. If you're even remotely interested in the genre and own a ps3 its a must have.
I pay more attention to the actual review itself than the bottom line score. With ng2 you see in every review that basically the reason its scoring so low is that its more of the same, its too difficult, and the camera has issues. So basically they're saying its an extension of ng1. Some newer gameplay elements would have been nice, but you get the feeling from the reviews that team ninja's theory was if it ain't broke don't fix it, and I don't mind that approach at all in an "old schoo...
I thought mass effect was really overrated (and yes, I own the game, and have played through it, you can see it on my gamerscore if you think i'm just being a fanboy). Its a good but not great game that doesn't belong in the same argument as games like gears, uncharted and mgs4. I don't think the ps3 only owners are really missing all that much.
