The "expense" of the smart features on a TV are about as expensive as installing Linux on a computer.
It may be the norm for the casuals. But any serious gamer will prefer actual hardware, with game data actually loaded on the console, via disc or hard drive, but not streaming.
That doesn't work in a one on one setting.
WWF No Mercy is the only wrestling game it needs.
I would enjoy seeing Space Station Silocon Valley, but the likelihood is sadly low.
I had plenty of fun with that game.
Good luck.
@JDShadow, piracy is the illegal distribution of copyright material.
The PS4's best year was its 4th year, but I agree that it would be difficult for the Switch to surpass the PS4, and it really will depend on how long both consoles are on the market. And whether the inevitable "Switch Pro" is lumped in with the Switch sales.
See, I'm thinking they'll go the mid gen upgrade route rather than a Switch 2. Think something along the lines of the "New 3ds" with a huge hardware leap similar to the Pro and the X.
I don't know if I'd classify Mario or Metroid as action/adventure games. The older Metroids maybe, but the newer ones have been first/third person shooters. Mario has always been a platformer.
Always online and digital only are 2 very different things.
Pretty much the only games I buy DLC for are multiplayer games. I don't think I've ever bought DLC for a single player game.
I bought all 3 digitally but I agree. What's the point of a cart if it's going to require a download?
Hopefully it does, but if it doesn't, I've still got Brawlout and Indie pogo (maybe) to play online.
Something for everyone but it's gonna be a lot harder to find that something with 20-30 nothings to wade through.
Personally, I like all of those games. To each their own?
There are actually plenty of casuals that love Mario Party. Even more so than Mario Kart.
Replying to this comment so you see it, but please enlighten me on Sony's quality multiplayer 1st party games. Killzone and....
Must be cause you've never played an online indie game. If so, good for you. Not so good for the rest of us that enjoy quality indie titles. Not everything is about AAA titles.
That was fast
