But on the bright side, if their house burned down, they wouldn't lose all of their games. They have a lot of other problems for sure but they'd be one console purchase away from enjoying all of their old games. Different strokes for different folks.
Outside of their consoles? Not likely. Arcade games are already getting re-released on the eshop. Sega games are selling under the Sega Ages brand. I don't think there will be any games outside of Nintendo's consoles.
FF7, releasing first on PS5.
Honestly, though, if they did I'd probably buy a PS5 at launch (assuming it's a launch title).
It's actually playable when docked, but if you're going to play it docked, you're better off playing it elsewhere. Unless the Switch is the only console you own, and you lack a recent PC.
The Wii U was better hardware than the Wii. The Wii can't even do HD. Not to mention the Wii U was fully backwards compatible.
I agree with you but that's a pretty low bar. Also every console is typically better than the previous.
If you don't want the extra characters / stages then buy the base game but don't buy the DLC. I don't see why that's a difficult decision.
Tetris.
Exactly, what's the difference between cosmetic DLC and micro transactions that can be used to unlock cosmetic gear?
Either way you end up paying money, but with the micro transactions, you have the option of grinding your way into earning them. DLC gives you no option other than opening your wallet.
I'm with you. I bought rdr2, but it's in my backlog. I probably won't even play it until Veteran's day. My kids will be at school, and my wife will be at work. But I'll be home alone for a sweet blissful 8 hours.
Of course, I doubt I'll ever beat the game. The only games I've beaten recently are those that can be beaten in < 30 hours.
Not into mid gen upgrades, I'll wait for the Xbox two.
I'll be playing this on the worst way to play. The Xbox one s. Only because the people I'll be playing online with are buying it on Xbox.
I thought Danny Rand was a terrible character, not because he was white, but because he was a terrible character. So I was okay with the ending of Season 2.
A little over 3 months to launch, and we're still getting more characters? Just keep them balanced and I'm cool. I do not want a Marvel vs Capcom 2.
It works in table top mode.
Difference is that 1 2 Switch is an awful game, so no harm done.
Lol, j/k (sort of). You make a good point.
I usually play table top mode on flights. On long trips that aren't flights, I'm the designated driver.
Mario party is their most important game? News to me.
There already exists games where handheld mode is the only way to play. Now we have one where handheld mode is the only way that can't be played.
I want to play online with friends and family, so yes I'll be spending the $1.67 per month.
Seems like an off topic comment. Xbox used to be the console of choice for competitive games. I don't play many Xbox one games, so it's probably changed by now, but I know I had tougher opponents generally when playing online on the 360 vs the same games on the PS3.
