Personally I have no issue on nudity and even some porn if appropriate and not just there for the wow factor. When I play a game I don't want just "fan service" I much rather prefer a decent story and good game-play.
Even violence can play an important part in any story or game but violence for the sake of violence is to me pointless and can actually bring down a game (subjective) which is one of the main reasons why I have never been keen on first person shoote...
Nintendo always has been associated with kid friendly games and as such do have a tendency to censor to a certain extent games on their system.
Of course you do have to remember that the Western market is huge for Nintendo and there is much more censorship on the Western side than the Japanese market.
Want to look at censorship in the USA?
Warning not for children or bible bashes!!
There is a new Japanese Anime called "...
In many respects this is no more different than some RPG games whereas Girl goes into dungeon and forgets most of her clothes. :-)
I have played some RPG's where the female gets to wear more revealing clothes as she levels up and one game I played the females actually disrobed as they fought and as more clothes that came off the more embarrassed they became which in turn made them stronger. Great fan service for those that want that but I actually found the game boring an...
From previous experience I avoid third part controllers, especially themed ones. In many ways you are better off with a good controller and add appropriately themed stickers which are removable when you get tired of them.
Still for those who want a themed controller or even a themed anything its your money.
It's actually quite simple to use your favorite search engine (I use Google) to search for something like "fallout 4 stickers for dualshock 4&quo...
Just having highly destructible environments may be fine for the "if it moves kill it and if doesn't kill it anyways" crowd but for people like myself who likes Action/Adventure and RPG's I would prefer randomly generated environments where as each time you restart the game things change.
In many respects randomly generated environments, enemies as well as NPC actions would not put that much of a load on the cloud servers and would definitely add to the rep...
Remote IT Services or as it is known now by it's buzzword Da' Cloud has been around since the early 1980's. At least that is when I got involved with it.
One of the major short comings of the so called cloud is the infrastructure between the servers and the machine(s) being serviced. This we know or should know is the Internet.
The Internet has improved over 30 years but for most people they are lucky if they can get a 1MB transfer rate and that i...
Basically an employee in Target made a mistake and I would not like to be in their shoes when they have to explain what happened.
Whether Target legal pursue this depends on management. I do think if the guy who made the purchase kept quiet then he's got a very cheap PS4 bundle and nothing more would be said.
Now he has bragged about it and effectively made Target a laughing stock he could find that the law may not think it quite so funny. Of course noth...
You may not realise but using fake coupons whether made by you or someone else is "fraud" and so far you have got away with it. Of course if you use a credit or debit card on your purchase it just makes it a whole lot easier to track you down.
The PS4 like all previous retail releases has always had am internal power supply not a power brick.
As far as architecture goes, all the major PlayStation's were different from each other, yet the PS2 supported PS1 disks, the first release PS3's supported PS1 and PS2 disks. All PS3's support PS1 disks. The PS4 has no backwards compatibility.
I can definitely vouch for what you said.
For those people that want to play Skyrim on the PS3 by all means let the auto saves help you for the first few hours but when you get saves that are larger than 6MB turn off all auto saves and manually save from then on.
My current build which is approaching 200 hours is very playable although I still get the odd hang and some minor events may not occur as they did in a previous build.

Yes we all know that PC's can do modes but the majority of PC and console gamers don't really care about modes.
Personally I prefer a game that I enjoy playing. Mods to me while nice are secondary.
I have the Legendary Edition and the game still has problems.
The worst issue occurs when your saves reach the 6MB stage. What happens then is your auto saves take too long and the game appears to freeze. The fix for this is to turn off all auto saves although I do recommend you auto save after 30 to 60 minutes in case you forget to manually save.
Other issues are the odd slowdown and sometimes the game hangs and you have no choice but to reset.
Well you can do something like this in Skyrim and even Oblivion although it is less of a problem if you just pay the fine or bribe. You can normally get plenty of money especially if you use the "banish daedra" enchantment on all weapons you want to sell.
I have not got a PS4 yet but when I do Witcher 3 and Bloodborne will be a must get. In the interim back to Skyrim the Legendary Edition on my PS3.
Look I am also very sad that VR is not coming to my NES and SNES or even my N64 (OK it sort of did) but I guess us old fogies will have to move with the times. :-)
@Timesplitter14
If you care to do the math. The number of pixels per square inch on a 5.5 inch 1920x1080 pixel screen (the size of the PSVR screen) is approximately 401 ppi or if you like 160,801 pixels per square inch and you can see individual pixels? What planet are you from?
Don't believe me then just look up the tech specifications for the iPhone 6 5.5 inch display.
@uth11
It may be possible for a a VR headset to be ...
I would still recommend for anyone interested to try PSVR for at least 15 minutes at the minimum to see if you don't have any issues such as motion sickness to name one.
I do think it would also be a good idea to get each member of your family (if you have one) to try PSVR as well, just in case.
I can understand for DLC but a patch?
Someone did not plan this game properly with regard to maintenance especially since you have only two choices. One to use the internet to upgrade and two not bother.
You are stating the obvious here, however it normally is much faster to install a 50GB game from disk at approximately 27MB/sec than from the internet.
When considering installation speed you also have to consider the write speed of the hard disk and considering most PS4's and XB1's have 5400rpm disks write speed is normally in the 22 MB/sec range the maximum download and install speed is limited to the performance of the hard disk.
Now lets do some s...
