Pretty funny, but you forgot the /s.
...oh, you were serious? *rolls eyes*
Awesome trailer, but didn't expect anything less. As expected, the most impressive thing is the amount of stuff going on at any given time.
Hmm, I actually think the movie looks really funny, and of course very unique.
Really cool how the graphical style is different for each dimension. I'm not gonna get overhyped or anything, but this looks like it could be good.
That's your opinion about MGS, as many people would rank it as one of the greatest series ever. Also, even if Kojima had never worked on anything other than MGS, that would be enough to rank him as one of the best. However, he is also the creator of the Zone of Enders series, which are amazing games. He made Snatcher, which is amazing, but sadly never released in the US, although there was a fan made translation released. The reasons he gets so much respect are numerous, but the big o...
Well, they gave MGS4 the same score, so apparently they aren't huge fans of the series. Still a decent score. Honestly, I hope it's an indication that Peace Walker is as good as 4, which is a 10/10 in my book.
Maybe Nomura only works for Squenix, but what have they done in the past, well, almost decade, that makes it so they don't deserve bashing for almost everything even remotely related to them (and this is more than a little related to them).
Whether or not you found it scary is one thing, but the game had really good gameplay and atmosphere, either way. Loved the game, and can't wait for more info and the release of part 2.
Yeah, there are a lot of PSN games, ie., Flower, SSD HD, Wipeout, PixelJunk stuff, etc., and apparently Joe Danger is gonna be really good.
A toothpick can kill you too, but I would still rather have the gun.
Uncharted 1 and 2, God of War 3 (and GoW Collection if you haven't played the first two), LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum (not exclusive, but a great game), Resistance 1 and 2, Ratchet and Clank (both games, skip the PSN one, not worth it), Assassin's Creed 2, Dead Space, Heavenly Sword (great game, but still almost full price and probably the shortest game on the list). Those are just a few of the more broad appeal games, and certainly not all. I know it's pr...
Yeah, because I thought I remember them saying something along the lines of the graphics being on par with the Gamecube. Of course, that could have been someone else and not officially Nintendo, but I just know I remember reading it.
Yeah, make enough predictions, yell about the ones that are right, downplay the ones that are wrong, make 90+% of those predictions completely obvious, and everyone will see you as a genius (or so he thinks). Hey, it worked for Nostradamus.
The game can look really good, but I don't think any amount of mods in the world could make a Bethesda character model look good.
RE4 is the best game in the RE series (RE2 next, then Code: Veronica). It's one of the highest rated games in history (gamecube/ps2 versions). Exactly how did he **** up the RE series with it?
Don't forget SMG2 as an early GOTY contender. Whether anyone agrees or not, it's the frontrunner right now, judging by reviews and overall tone of those reviews. I would have a hard time picking a favorite at the moment, but it would definitely be between the three you mentioned and SMG2. However, out of those four, I won't decide, and have no reason to. I just know this year has been amazing so far, and it seems like the rest of the year will have some more contenders.
SMG2 and RDR both are clearly GotM over AW according to 99% of critics. Hard to say for me personally, and I will just say it's been a great month in general.
Yes, this is what is called an impulse review. He just got finished playing the game, and was pissed at the ending, so he rights a review in anger and at the end he says "Ha, 50%, that's what you get for not ending the way I wanted you to." In other words, he makes himself sound like an idiot because 1% of the game wasn't good enough for him.
I wouldn't say the ending was good or bad, but I think the absolute end was well played, as it leaves the serie...
SMG2 and RDR are close for the month, and a lot of other good games came out...but this article. Seriously? A UFC game as 2nd best game of the month over RDR, AW, 3Dot, Modnation Racers, etc.? I realize UFC is real popular right now, but it's still not anything fresh or new enough to be on a list like that.
The Final Fantasy Crystal song should be on the list as well. It's in every Final Fantasy, in one form or another, and has had some really well made versions. I can't imagine anyone that has played more than one FF game wouldn't know the song (the battle music would be there too, if it hadn't been changed in the last couple of games). Uematsu is one of the greats in video game history.
