You know how most of the time the game doesn't live up to the movie?
Well, this time I pray that this game is NOTHING like the movies, because then it will really be bad. I know it's nothing like the movies, but I was just poking fun at the movies, especially the second one, which deserve all the hate people can throw at it.
As fun as Guild Wars is, the base/vanilla game is also incredibly small compared to the better MMOs released. Also, anyone playing GW in a guild that wants to do well is going to buy the expansions.
Also, GW is nothing like consistent world MMOs. Most zones are completely private to the group(s). The areas are very small. The leveling aspect is purposefully very fast, as is getting items. Don't get me wrong, I liked GW for a while, and really looking forward to GW2...
If you seriously think that keeping up FPS servers is the same as keeping up an MMO server, you need to do some research (no offense, though).
Well, if you only play it 15 hours a month, there is no MMO on the market, free or subscription, that would be for you.
The entire point of MMOs is to be never-ending and always have something for you to do. A lot of them don't do this because they don't have enough content released, but some do (don't play WoW anymore and dislike a lot about it, but there is no denying you get your money's worth with the amount of content they release).

Where is Sorcery on this list? It was easily the most impressive motion control game shown, and we had never seen it before. That game alone will lead me to buy Move, or at least, it was the main thing I saw that helped me make my decision.
Being able to feel like you are using magic and drinking potions, etc. It kind of reminds me of how it will be if they ever actually make a good lightsaber Star Wars game that gives a real sense of using a lightsaber: Something the W...
How in the world does a spam bot get 5 quotes?
@jiggawho90
90% of your post is complete trolling (ps3 has no games), but I can respond to your PC statement. The PC has maybe, at best, two or three games that the ps3 can't match (two of them being Crysis). Sure, the PC is capable of having all games look better, but they don't. I'm sure you will, for some reason, deny this, but higher AA, resolution, etc. does not automatically make a game look better. If that were the case, Doom would still have better gra...
While I don't think graphics are all that important for a handheld, your comment makes me question: Have YOU seen God of War Chains of Olympus? There are quite a few PSP games that looks better than what we saw from Kid Icarus. However, Icarus is in 3D, so it would depend on how well the 3D effect works for the game.
"ps : Dont forget the lemons. :P"
I never do.
I'm kind of hoping this is just another spinoff. While the game will probably be good, I really hope they continue the series on the consoles (ps3 specifically). The 3DS graphics look a little better than the PSP, but they aren't much better than the ps2 (about the same, but with 3D). I would really like to see an upgrade to the game if they are going to release the 3rd one.
That being said, if I end up buying a 3DS (still not sure yet), this will be one of the m...
While I'll admit that Icarus has to prove itself considering how long it's been since the first game on the NES, but to talk down about Zelda is just plain silly. Apart from the main series Mario games, it is easily the best Nintendo franchise, and ranks in the top 5 franchises ever on any platform.
The presentation of the game was horrible, but the reveal in and of itself is a very big deal. The people playing the game on the floor didn't have any problems wi...
Twisted Metal ps3, First Infamous 2 gameplay footage, that Sorcery game, Heroes on the Move (horrible trailer, but have to be excited about the potential), GT5 release date (!), Dead Space 2 (not exclusive, but still looked great). Yes, we've seen footage of LBP2 and KZ2 before, but that doesn't change the fact this is by far the most we've seen of them, and the KZ2 footage was amazing.
I would say it was a tie between Sony and Nintendo. By far Nintendo's bi...
The acquisition of exclusive content was never a problem, it was the fact that MS paid a LOT of money for it. If Sony is not paying for the extra content, or at least not paying much, I see no problem with it.
SW:TOR has a whole lot of gameplay out there for you to look at (hint: http://www.swtor.com ). The CG video was very good and I think it worked better than gameplay would have, especially since this game is still 7-8 months away, at least.
I know I'm just responding to a troll attempt, but exactly how are Sly Cooper and, more so, Patapon kiddie games? I'm willing to bet quite a bit you've never played Patapon, and even guessing you've never played any of the Sly Cooper games.
Guns and blood being the only "genre" you aren't bored with is what I would consider kiddie, not the other way around.
lol, I was thinking the same thing reading people's comments about the graphics. *wtf are they talking about?*
This trailer reveals ZERO about the game, other than its existence. I'm sure some people will be excited, but it's been way too long since a good game in this series was released, so I will just keep it on the "wait and see" list.
If it were as big as something along the lines of MGS5 or ZoE3, it would likely be revealed at the Sony (or Microsoft) conference over the Konami one, as it would receive far more exposure that way, which would be the whole point of the reveal.
While I expect the PC version to be more diverse than the first Crysis, I have a feeling Crysis 2 won't look as good as the first one with all the mods released. Modded Crysis looks far superior to Crytek only Crysis. Of course, those mods will eventually come out for Crysis 2, where it will then pass the first one (assuming they made the vanilla version of Crysis 2 to look better than the vanilla version of the first one, which really hasn't been proven yet).
Ha, I haven't played this game in 15+ years, but I still remember that song, although obviously not that version of it. Too bad video games based off of shows/movies can't be as good as they were on the NES/SNES/Genesis. Hell, even games based off of advertisements were good back then (Cool Spot)!
It does look really good, and I hope it's not too far off (no more than a year...please). Would be really nice to have another RPG on the Wii. There are so very few, and even fewer good ones.
