I would like a Justice League game, as long as it is a separate game and not a Arkham City sequel.
I thought I was going to hate the fan run servers, but I have had more fun since they started than before. But its not perfect. There still needs to be a fair amount of DICE servers. I haven't had any experiences with getting booted, even if the server puts stupid bans on certain items. The only things I'm in favor of are a ban on spawn camping and the kamikazee UMAV. Other than that I've had a blast with higher ticket games on Conquest and TDM. It just makes for longer and more f...
First, Gamestop does not screw you. It is completely up to you to accept that trade in value or walk out. If you don't like the trade in value but accept it anyway, then you are the one screwing you. Second, used games are like any other second hand market. They have to get the product at a price that they can still make money off of later. They also have get it low enough that in case they are stuck with it awhile and the market for that product goes down and they have to lower the pric...
Its not like they actually added tea-bagging as a feature. And its not only in Halo, happens in other games, you don't don't see it as much due to kill cams. With that being said..if anyone is really bothered by it, go see a doctor, get some meds and seriously learn to relax.
I can't believe this dinosaur thing is still going on. It was all a joke.
I feel the paragraph about Splinter Cell and Black Ops sums up gamers on the internet well. Make changes to a franchise, people get pissed. Don't make changes, people get pissed.
Other than the weapons skins, this is all stuff Halo has already been doing. They are just adding more options. This does not make it COD any more than shooting makes it COD.
I love the setting of the game. I was not interested in this game when I thought it was just going to be another drab NYC cop drama like before. To me Max Payne is not about the city, but about the character and his personal struggles. That can be done anywhere.
As with all games, change too little and people complain. Change too much, other people complain. It may not be what the writer was looking for or hoped this game would be, but I really don't see much to the 5...
I dont buy Metacritics scores at all. The user scores suffer from too many shenanigans. I also don't feel as if the method for compiling scores works. To me a 4/5, 8 of 10, and 80 of 100 are not the same, but in Metacritc land they are compiled as such. I prefer to just look at the reviews individually.
In Japan they are, in America they are not nearly as popular as they were. I remember in the middle of the PS2 life cycle there were japanese made games of all kinds coming at us from everywhere. To fans they are always going to be popular, to the rest of the public they have only a fraction of the marketplace that they once had.
So most Japanese are not fond of Western style games, and vice versa. JRPG's had their day when they were all the rage. In my life I've seen many different styles of games be the popular style of that day. Fighters, shooters, sports, platformers, racing, rpgs, etc have all had their moment in the sun. So what if JRPG's don't appeal to everyone? No need for them to change if they appeal to the fans of that genre and can still survive.
Most likely you will not be able to party up and play 1v1, and the XP payoff probably isn't much. So even if you could boost, its probably not worth the time.
And I love how people blame everything on boosters, cheaters, modders, etc. In all the days i've put into the COD franchise, I have seen very little of this. I must be extremely lucky, or maybe people need to blame themselves for why they lost.
At the same point in the games life cycle, MW3 still outpaces Black Ops. The recent data that caused a stir was based on that single month. If MW3 sells more at launch then there is a good chance its always going to be ahead when compared with 3 month, 6 month, 1 year numbers. Depending on the source MW3 is close to or has already passed Black Ops in lifetime sales.
The haters look to find every reason to say COD is failing. They could could have their sales numbers cut in ...
Maybe some of them are not, but some are. Unfortunately for those that are not, they have chosen to align themselves with the group. This is similar to the Occupy movement, without a clear leader and message, it allows anyone to be associated with the group and do whatever they choose. Then a few truly bad seeds can just kill everything for everyone else.
I stopped reading when he stated he was a COD hater. COD haters are worse than hipsters these days. So you don't like COD, fine. Go away and play something else. Instead they would rather waste time an energy continuously hating COD rather than using that time and energy on better things. At that point I could care less about there opinion since its usually going to be very biased and far from reasonable.
I liked the white screen. The characters on the two menu screens seemed to fit with 80's era military. I liked it, and a supposed Zombie campaign is what I've been hoping for since WAW. Not bad if its real.
Are you serious. Since SF4 came out their DLC prices are way overpriced compared to what you get with other games on the market. I know there is a massive list of characters, and since some of the DLC characters are already on the disc you are either paying for characters you can't use or having to pay a second time to actually use them. Capcom first did this with Resident Evil 5 and they are still doing it. You can't defend this kind of business.
Sometimes people do not understand that a small DLC download just means they are using existing assets paired with new code. This is certainly not one of this cases. This is a total screwjob by Capcom. The fighters are already built and on the disc. They really gouge people with their titles and charging and arm and a leg for extra fighters and freaking costumes. They better save some face and make this and possibly the rest of the DLC free. I was on the fence about buying this, but now I'...
Those are not even close to hipsters. Those people were having fun. Hipsters would rather write a song about the meaning of fun then post in on their blog.
Why does everyone just think its about Call of Duty. WOW is much bigger money maker. The whole portfolio would be a nice addition to Microsoft. If Microsoft acquires all those Activision console games it does not mean that suddenly all the sales of those games are cut in half because of the loss of one format. Many of those people that have PS3's also have XBOX consoles, so now they would have to play those games on an Xbox. Then you have the the people who do not own an XBOX. They would...
