The Rock is pretty good as an action star, he just needs to be cast in better films and not stuff like The Gameplan or the Tooth Fairy. Unfortunately he is still seen as a pro wrestler. Game devs/publishers only have an obligation to the new purchaser. They have no obligation to the second hand market or people who rent, borrow, or steal a copy. Anyoo ne who bought second hand or borrowed a copy would have had to shell out $15 to start a subscription anyway. Sounds like people are overreacting without thinking things through.

Companies have no obligations towards second hand goods. People are stupid to buy used systems in the first place. The majority of the systems that get traded in at Gamestop have some form of problem to begin with.
This is ridiculous. I can choose to buy the xbox version, install the second disk and then never worry about it again. Or buy the PS3 version, do whatever manual install there is and then never worry about it again. I usually install the entire xbox game on my system just to save wear on the system itself.
