lol. Teh fakez
Gotta think if Valve expressed any sort of interest in getting help programming for the PS3 that Sony would extend a helping hand. Oh well.
the return of a biased gaming mag! Can't wait for more covers with the PS3 being hit by a tomato!
The demo this game appeals to is the same demographic that God of War III appeals to. I don't need to own both so as a PS3 only owner I can almost guarantee that I'll be renting this game unless it just flat out blows me away.
Really surprised they didn't give the 360 the demo first. Maybe it was some sort of technical reason for the delay. Anyway, I'll definitely check it out.
I swear you can't even make conversation anymore without someone jumping in with "now it's about game cases and not the games!?!" No man. It was just a discussion. I feel the PS3 cases are more pleasing to the eye than the green cases of the 360. Last gen I thought Gamecube cases were more pleasing to the eye. The gen before I thought Saturn cases had the artistic edge.
It was just conversation. In no way does something that insignificant have anything to do with the qu...
then give us Mass Effect 2. That's assuming MS doesn't have some sort of exclusivity on the title.
Flopatar?
I agree. I know that makes me a fanboy to many of you, but I really think the aesthetics of 360 game cases are really negatively impacted by the green. The PS3 game cases just look sleek. The black allows the game's art to dominate and the black is there to accentuate that art. The 360 cases are almost always dominated by the green.
on how many discs for the 360 version?
Serious question. Not an attempt at sarcasm. Unless the game did mega numbers, I doubt it. Usually they don't give the fans anything free unless the game exceeds their expectations. Wish more companies followed the Burnout model.
Sony and MS both contribute a lot to the next-gen gaming thing. I honestly hope both companies do well. All this competition can only lead to better games and prices for the consumer.
just because it's so different from everything else. A virtual pet simulator? What are you looking for on this? Do you grade it on how much fun you, an adult, has with it or do you give it a boost because a toddler would probably love it?
I dunno how I would approach this game. Maybe a blend of all of the above.
I'd be upset if I bought the first one, but I didn't and can't deny how much fun it is to play this game with some buds.
is not much a drop off at all. Still sold the best of the three.
Dude, seriously?
Anyway, I've been looking forward to Heavy Rain ever since that first presentation with the girl and the gun. Game could create a true "mature" genre that's more than gratuitous violence and profanity. The PS3 crowd appears to be older, on average, than the 360 crowd. Hope that others are equally excited and take a chance on the game.
Loving all the PS3 love. The Empire strikes back baby!
I really liked Infamous, but darn if Batman didn't drop my jaw. And as beautiful as Uncharted 2 is, I just had to give some love to Killzone 2 in the graphics department. Man it would be hard to do this if I worked for a gaming mag.
On the 360 side, I went with the games that received universal critical acclaim. Forza 3 being the most talked about 360 exclusive this year, so I went with that.
Comparing the exclusives between PS3 and 360 really looks like Sony had t...
That's all I want. I hope Square doesn't disappoint with that game. Their history of RPGs this gen hasn't really been anything to get excited about.
Is it just for the one day?
It was like "Here's Killzone 2, and now here's Infamous!" Loved 'em both. '09 really has been a great year for gaming. '10 is going to be insane.
