They don't care what the street date is. I had Uncharted 2 like a week before everyone else. I guess this is a good thing. Sell the game as soon as you get it.

there wouldn't be as many of the up and comers as there are now. I would never have heard of some people. I don't understand how these same people can talk smack about N4G, and then insult it.
The guy gets more hate than anyone on N4G, people have bashed him personally and professionally (heck, right now there's a mock interview from Bad JoyStick featuring him), yet he keeps coming back every Sunday. I don't know about you, but I would've stopped coming here months ago.
So whatever it's worth, big ups on being so persistent HHG. Keep it up and you might end up on G4 one day.

you play it. You traverse the environment by moving in a direction you're character's looking. You make a button based selection as to what you want your char to do. The QTE's only come in during scenes in which it'd be impossible to manipulate what's happening on screen with the controller. IMO, they did it in a very clever way. It appears every function is included, including the six axis controls.

If you include the Wii in the discussion, which I do not, then you have to admit that the Wii won this gen. I don't see Wii worrying about Sony or anyone for a long time.
Then again, the Wii is moving hardware, but software appears to be a different matter. The "hardcore" games sell really poorly on that console. If it's not a 1st party game, or doesn't have party in the title, it looks like Wii owners pass.

Kudos to MS on destroying the PS2 this week.
They hit a demographic that Sony and MS had, for the most part, ignored. Kudos.
But don't try to tell me you have the same "hardcore" games as Sony and MS. If I only had a Wii for my main system I think I'd be really peeved.
It's not a replacement for the PSP. It's not the PSP that current PSP owners have to run out and get. It's an option for someone yet to get a PSP. It's competitor is probably the Iphone. Sheesh people.
I'll remain consistent in my distrust of VGchartz. that said, I expect Sony to keep on outselling the 360 through the rest of the year. Unless the Wal-mart type deal becomes the norm, or MS makes Live free, I don't see 360 outselling PS3. Nintendo may also fall to second on a regular basis now. It's an exciting time for gamers as all these companies are fighting tooth and nail to get our dollar.

I want this game! Darn it sucks to not get it. I'm going to get dragon age and hope it fills the void but F if Mass Effect isn't a good one. 360 owners, I hope you get it. It's going to be epic.
How do you go from making the original Xbox to the 360? The original Xbox was a beast. I literally dropped it down a flight of stairs (fell out my backpack), my cousin stepped on it, etc etc and it kept working! Granted it was obnoxiously big but the thing could take a beating. Why is the 360, and MS' quality assurance with it, so darn subpar?
And I'm not trying to flame. I want to get a 360. Probably will by years end. But I don't want to have to deal with something that's goin...
and loved it. Sold it a few months back after I got my plat. Great Great game. Maybe next time they can include some sort of Horde mode coop thing so there's online play. If not, just give me a single player like the first one. Bravo Suckerpunch.
that's a pretty big reason. Alan Wake looks cool. And you know MS isn't shy about throwing money around for timed exclusivity. I know hardly none of you liked GTA4 but I did and I gotta admit I'm a little irked at not being able to play the DLC cuz I don't own a 360.
Then again Uncharted 2, Modern Warfare 2, God of War III, etc etc are all making it easier.
Why not make it the Holiday release? That engine was already gorgeous. I know I'm going to be amazed when I see what they did with it for KZ3. Killzone 3 just needs an aggressive and sensible ad campaign ala what Uncharted 2 got.
