I doubt they aren't going to talk about it till then. It's probably going to release in 2017 or the next year so it's very reasonable to expect a reveal this year.
Remember that they've been working on this for quite a while now.
They said that 2015 was the year of The Witcher, when asked for details on Cyberpunk 2077. I definitely expect something to be shown at this E3.

Well, this is kind of obvious, and meaningless, since only the Witcher 3 is truly multiplatform.
That said, even The Witcher 3 sold like crazy on PC. Steam is close to 1.5 million. With GOG and other sales added onto that... 2.5 + maybe ? It was more or less on par with PS4 sales, which is very impressive for a multiplat like this.
