The only game to ever genuinely give me the creeps (As in not just "scare" you by making something jump out at you) was Silent Hill 1. I think I might have just been young at the time, it certainly doesn't scare me at all now and since then, nothing has come close.
I absolutely hate 50cent but I'm considering looking into this for a few cheap laughs.
I feel so dirty.
Seems like a strange thing to debate about. Why not just wait until the official sales stats come in next month?
Call me cynical, but I reckon if we're going to see trophies, it'll be in a "substance" version of the game.
I wonder how long before it gets directly (and mistakenly) compared to Gran Turismo.
"Sold out" implies it's sold out on both consoles.
People keep talking about the PS3 or the 360 destroying the other, but they seem to conveniently forget that the Wii has shot ahead of both consoles and both consoles are very much alive and Kicking.
2009 may well be the "year of the PS3", but then 2010 may be the "year of the 360". And 2011 may be the year of the PS3 again. So far, this generation has been incredibly closely matched and I, for one, am extremely glad of it.
It doesn't matter if one conso...
Would you rather be murdered or raped?
Agree for murdered, disgree for raped.
I believe it's a misunderstanding, many legitimate sites (even some really big ones) do use youtube as a way of posting videos, that's what the service is for, but this is some fan-made video with zero news in it.
Don't shoot the messenger...
@trancefreak: If this article was on hiphipgamer, people would be readily defending it.
There are a new breed of TVs coming out not too far from now that do "3D" without glasses or anything. I very much doubt this generation of consoles will ever cater for them properly (Well, the PS3 might do some 3D blu-rays), but I very much expect it to be a part of the next generation.
Oh I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that I was supposed to trust some random guy on a forum instead of the people who manufacture the equipment on how to use it.
If your TV supports it, it should be on. You are saying that ALL TV's do not support it and this is a lie. Many don't, but many do, that's the point I'm making.
Giriath, YOU'RE wrong. Many TV's DO support the "full" HDMI range. Here, I'll paste this again, directly from Sony themselves:
"Adjust the output settings for TVs that support RGB full range. For RGB video signals, the range of color scale that is input varies depending on the TV in use. This setting is for use when the TV is connected to the PS3™ system using an HDMI cable."

This is if you want to make your own joystick for the PS3 and 360. Highly recommended if you've got some spare time and are looking for a project.
I think you're really going to like El Fuerte. Ooops! I've said too much!
*flee*
By Vega, do you mean M. Bison or the skinny spanish gimp?
Just a word of warning, SOME people have been complaining about the diagonals of the "fightpad" (The 6 button one). I can't comment either way since I don't own one, but if you do fork out for one, keep the receipt handy just in case.
This is pretty much what we were all saying the other day: Microsoft didn't cause Squeenix to decline, they did it to themselves.
Sadly, I don't think The Last Remnant was a bad game, I'm quite enjoying it (for the few minutes of spare time I get to play JRPGs), it's just not the super amazingly fantastic game we used to expect from Squeenix.
Maybe they just spoiled us, back in the day.
Doesn't seem particularly shocking to me. In fact, I'm more shocked that some fanboys are getting a kick out of it and proclaiming it the "$50million penis!". Seriously, grow up, it's a stupid penis, you see one every time you look in the mirror.
