"followed by studio after studio being closed down and people loosing there jobs. "
And that's got what to do with MS? Yeah, they closed down a couple of internal studios, but it's not like they're the only ones to close down. Crappy economy hit them all pretty hard.
I'd wait until Microsoft announces what they have in store for 2009 before making that conclusion.
The problem is everything he shouts about is based entirely on speculation. We may as well speculate that Microsoft is going to buy out Sony in the next 12 months, it's about as valid as anything he comes up with.
There's rumour, rumour that's based on SOMETHING tangible, like a blog post from a developer, a cleverly worded answer in an interview, an ESRB rating appearing on their website, then there's completely made up crap and the latter is what HHG comes up with.

If anyone feels like sending him an email or PM or whatever to tell him to stop bothering, or even to support him, feel free.
"Why should he?"
Quite simply, because he's full of it. I'm all for people starting a website, giving some good opinions and enticing a decent debate, I'll fully support anyone that tries to do such a thing, but every Sunday, he always has an absurd new title designed to get one thing: Hits.
"since when is a x1600 faster than a 7800GTX? explain this to me please. "
Since when has the 360 or PS3 had either of those GPUs?
It's true that the RSX (PS3's GPU) is based on the 7800 series from nvidia, but it's more of a cousin, hence the name "RSX". It's not quite a 7800 series, it just shares a lot of the inner workings.
But still, you're WAY off with the 360's GPU. To quote wiki:
"Developed under the codename...
Ummm...textures aren't about how fast you can process, they're about how much texture MEMORY you have. Last I checked, the 360 and PS3 both have the same amount of memory. Explain that one.
And while you're at it, learn to use the "reply" button.
Before you can say something has better graphics, you need to define "better graphics". Are you talking about graphical style? The number of things on screen? Poly count? All these things, and more, apply differently to the 360 vs. PS3 debate.
For example, technically speaking (yes, I know this is a tired argument, but stick with me), the 360's GPU is a little, teeny bit more powerful than the PS3's. This is a fact. That means, the 360 can pump the same number of polygons as a...
Not at that price.
I'd love to know the reasoning for disagreeing with my post.
Nobody singled out PS3 owners.
How will that work? Some form of DLC on the DS? A GBA slot Cart?
Or will it just be a silly code that'll be all over the interwebnet days before the game gets released anyway?
At some point, we're going to have to stop calling them "Phones", because the Phone aspect of the device is becoming a much smaller subset of a much larger group of features. Hell, I barely even use my "phone" to actually "phone" people, I prefer SMS and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
In the PS3's options, you can set the output format to whatever you like. Select 7.1 from that if your HDMI cable is going into a 7.1 receiver.
As for the 360, as far as I am aware (I'm no expert on this), you'll need to use the optical out to get 5.1 audio, component doesn't have enough channels on it. Or HDMI.
Ok, I'll bite. There is no such limitation in HDMI 1.2. In fact, HDMI 1.0 supports 8 channels of sound (8 channels is your 7.1):
HDMI 1.0 was released December 9, 2002 and is a single cable digital audio/video connector interface with a maximum TMDS bandwidth of 4.9 Gbit/s. It supports up to 3.96 Gbit/s of video bandwidth (1080p60 Hz or UXGA) and 8 channel LPCM/192 kHz/24-bit audio.

You might think differently if you ever break your spine.
Well....that's pretty random....
Bubbles and agreed!
You're forgetting about just how powerful that eDRAM can be and what it can accomplish. It more than bridges the gap. It's got something daft, like 256Gb/s bandwidth, XDR can't even compete.
Of course, it's only 10Mb, but that's half the point =P
