There are just as many WiiU owners as PS4 or X1 owners, Ubisoft is as spineless as Activision or EA. What makes it worse for me is I actually trusted them to have integrity when it comes to making games for WiiU, but 99% of my respect for them is now lost. It almost makes me not want to buy games from them on WiiU, but there is still a glimmer of hope they will give WiiU the game it deserves, at the quality it deserves.

I don't think Kinect is inherently bad (even though it did hijack the last two+ years of Xbox) but the extra $100 is killing them sales wise. I'm sure most of us would take a Kinect for free if it was offered, but PS4 is much more attractive due to fact you're saving $100 for more power and what I think to be a brighter near-future.

It might, but I think the game is more popular on handhelds than consoles. Over two years MH3 sold 1.9 million on Wii but 4 million on 3DS over about 3 months in Japan and Korea. While awareness may be a bit higher now, I think it's mostly a Japan and handheld seller, but we won't know until a version appears on WiiU (and a lot of Japanese have played it on 3DS already)
I've played single-player games ranging from Bioshock, Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country and Metroid Prime and I can tell you that multiplayer is not needed to make an amazing game, or for it to be worth $60.

I love all the Mario references and play-on words. It's the same kind of love you see in Smash Bros. One thing I love about Nintendo games are the references to its past, allows me to look back as well.
They should introduce a competition mode, eliminates things like Lightning Bolt, Blue Shell, Bullet Bill, things opponents can't control/influence or give overbearing advantages. Something people can use to test their true skill level by taking out a lot of luck

If you're going to use PS4 to broadcast on Twitch a camera is a worthwhile investment. Not sure about anyone else, but I'm more likely to follow/watch a stream with a camera than not, it makes for a more immersive and overall better experience.
I believe Iwata hinted they will be having price cuts on software, which I really hope they do. I want to pick up Galaxy 2 and DKC:Returns, but they are at least $40-50 new (about $30-40 used) despite being several years old.

The WiiU is at a good price. It is $100 less than the PS4 which makes sense since it's not as strong. The gamepad contributes a solid amount of cost to the system (as do normal controllers) but a little more. WiiU also comes with a free game, anywhere from $20 to $50+ worth.
