Nintendo is only requiring permission for ad revenue, not the right to post content (at least that's what I take from it)
Nintendo could easily say "you can't post any content" but they appear to be backing off from taking down videos. I'm split between both sides, as long as Nintendo isn't being completely anal about their terms or profit distribution I'm fine with splitting some money
I'm not into the Let's Play scene, ...
People's heads are exploding after Nintendo's decision. Also what about the fact Google and Twitch take money from their partners? You subscribe $5 a month to a caster on Twitch, they only get 50%. Shouldn't Nintendo be entitled to at least a small percentage?
I'm getting by MK8 bundle Friday. Nintendo is going AAA on the marketing
We still don't know the extent of Nintendo's Digital Event. It could be awesome and make us not care they aren't doing a live conference, or repeat of last year and be ok but not mindblowing.
Nintendo has said the least of their upcoming plans, but everyone has secrets which should be good. Hype is in the unkown
It would be cool to have Megaman and have a Rush cart available, maybe items turn into his power-ups from the games (green shell is Metal Blade, triple green is leaf shield)
ZeldaU for this E3 was confirmed last year by Nintendo.

Nintendo uses red boxes for every Mario titled game, helps them stand out
This gif gets me every time

Nintendo is notorious for not marking down their own games. You will still find games like Mario Galaxy, DKC Returns for $30-40
It's hard to say. Square owns all the non-Nintendo characters found in Mario RPG (snes), though Nintendo is a much bigger company now.
No Pac Man, stop asking for an uninspired characters
Out of all the cool possibilities, why Pac Man
Imagine if Nintendo sold a $5 DLC pack for characters (Boo, Dry Bones, Nabbit, Parakoopa, Bowser Jr) $5 DLC for tracks (1-Up cup with 5 courses w/mirror) and a $5 Battle Mode arena pack (4 classic, 4 new)
Nintendo would both make a bunch of money and satisfy fan wishes. The right amount of content at the right price would be a fair business decision if you ask me. Of course I would prefer if Battle Arenas were already in the game, but extra content would be a wise decision
Not to mention Zero Suit Samus
His new look is probably to better illustrate he's a power character. Before he was a Heavy that looked like a medium
Rehearsals starting now...
The graphics certainly got better since December. I'm still not keen on the Moblin design, way too kiddie and goofy for a hack n' slash. The 2 player addition is welcome
My biggest reassurance is Eiji Aonuma, the Zelda Director, has a hand in this. He has yet to fail on Zelda yet and has lamented he hasn't made a "perfect zelda" so my guess is he doesn't want this game to slip (not that I'm expecting it to be critically acclaimed)
You should watch one some time. I personally recommend the Smash and surprise Mari Kart 8 Direct. The one from last year's January was especially exceptional (no small part by X)
Keep the VC games coming Nintendo, only about 100 more to go (the notable one's at least)
Sega had their sights then the Super Nintendo came, then the Playstation came, then their troubled game history came back to bite them.
Nintendo ruled the 16 bit era and Playstation certainly didn't do them any favors. Their cash reserves were low, couldn't turn the Dreamcast into a runaway success (even though it has some legendary games for it) and the competion was too fierce
At least they can say they're still alive in the software industry, ...
My Bundle :)
