the names a bit cheeky though, not quite up there with fortresscraft, but still. ^_^
that's why they're going after the casual money nintendo seem to have a pipeline to.
i mean what's this overriding obsession with kinect, to the cost of their core market, but an attempt to go after the same market as the wii.
ironically, just as the wii is slowing down and nintendo announce their next home console.
it's pretty well known in the uk.
maybe sony have a precrime division now. ^_^
at least with the wii and move you can have a controller that allows you to navigate the game world easily, you don't have that with kinect.
even if you do track leg movements to control walking or running, like the race in kinect sports, you can't control the direction that way too, you could use your arms but then if your arms are directing you, how do you interact with the environment?
for most games kinect has just been used for a gimmick, make you flail y...
how is this any different than the free trial on the website?
is it like a full retail key?
anybody still got the coin from oblivion?
i do. ^_^
the xbox version had it, not sure about the pc version.

oh, turns out scee weren't charging the right price, that's the second time in as many weeks isn't it?
the trouble with that is, it also happens with first party content.
they've got no defense then.
that doesn't stop them trotting out the pathetic excuses though.
no doubt, scee have a harder job than scea, but they're still bloody piss poor at it.
the fact, and it is a fact, is that far too often with content that is available on multiple platforms the only time there are any problems with the eu release is when scee are involved.
the pattern is repeated so often that you'd have to be blind not to make the connection.
if it was just a few times you could argue about the cause, but when it happ...
tell that to fans of the fable series.
i assume there must still be 3 or 4 left by now.
or at least there were before e3.
you know, it's ironic, the one service that charges you for online play is the one that features the most ad swamped interface.
it's for everyone, but only one at a time though.
good god i bloody well hope not.
apple have proven that old maxim that "power corrupts".
they're now as greedy and monopolistic as the companies they used to criticise for being greedy and monopolistic.
and you know the last part of that old saying?
"and absolute power corrupts absolutely".
drm on disc games is a fucking virus.
i am sick of disc games that force steam on you, virus in disguise drm and all.
i don't believe that drm is even legal.
how can anything that locks the entire product to a single user and prevents us from exercising our legal right to transfer ownership of our purchase to somebody else be legal?
and don't give me the old "it's in the license agreement", because that will NEVER overrid...
don't forget the price reg.
steam is great for downloadable titles.
but i absolutely despise the way they infest disc games with the virus by another name that is drm.
having the disc should be proof enough i own the game, they know it won't stop piracy for more than a few days.
but they also know it stops the perfectly legal preowned market.
in fact i would question the legality of the kind of drm valve infest disc games with.
in the states at least there...
maybe it'll actually be a fantastic game.
but it's not frakking xcom.
they're just piggybacking their title on the xcom brand, and other than the title has little relation to xcom.
much like that gotham city imposters game, such an appropriate title, since it's pretending it has the even slightest connection to batman.
seriously, is the gaming industry that devoid of imagination that all they can think of doing with these properties, li...
sadly nintendo will probably never make a proper full pokemon game for any of their home consoles.
if there's one thing more requested in gaming than an ffvii remake it's a full home pokemon game that isn't just a battle arena type thing.
yet nintendo still don't seem to think it would be a good idea.
maybe because they would actually have to innovate the series then.
don't get me wrong, i love the pokemo...
i can't say they'll be missed, well i could but i'd be lying.
anyway, isn't it spelled farewell?
not fairwell.
oh, and if they think this will get the authorities off their trail, they should think again.
