Seems many in here claim its the Kinect that is keeping them from getting an X1, when it really appears to be the added cost. Many say they don't want to have to pay the extra money for the included Kinect - that's not a problem with the Kinect, that's a problem with having to pay an extra $100.

- opinion. I vastly prefer the look of the X1 over PS4. It has a classic, even retro look, fused with contemporary design. True, PS4's hardware is more powerful, but it also a lot more straightforward - much closer to an "off the shelf" build.
MS's hardware is a lot more customized, which is likely where much of the cost went into.
Has anyone else noticed a trend where virtually all bad news related X1 rumors have a "hopefully" status, whereas the PS4 equivalents tend to have "hard to tell" or "doubtful?" It even seems to go as far as any potential good news for X1, having the opposite rating as the bad. The amount of jokes in here (which are in such abundance, have actually stagnated any attempt at humor) just helps to illustrate this mindset.

Yet with GWG, I get to actually keep the games they give me, regardless if I remain a gold subscriber or not.
GWG is actually *giving* me games, whereas PS+ lets me rent them.
That being said, there are number of games I got from GWG that I haven't played, AC2 and RS being 2 of them.
It would be neat if the in-game world changed based on the real world, like Christmas, winter, summer, etc. A lot of MMO's do things like this.

You are using the cost and/or the age of the games to justify the quality of them? Really?...
You are also using your personal experience to form your opinion of the service overall. The fact that you "probably" already played the games offered by the GFG program, doesn't mean everyone else has. There are several games I have gotten that I haven't played yet, Rainbow Six Vegas and AC2 being two of them.
