- do you know how game design works? Not everyone is working on the game till the last second. Some of the dev team are all done doing what needs to be done, like the concept artists and the story writers...
The thing is, if you were to play competitively against m/kb players also playing competitively, you would likely get destroyed.
There's a reason they put aim assist on controllers and not m/kb...
Although it's obvious the plus thisis for PS4 users, I also don't see it has horribly bad for the Xbox users, and here's why:
The percentage of users who are going to purchase an xbox just to play this game, I see as incredibly low. Hell, the percentage of xbox users in general without a gold account, is likely the minority as well. Chances are, the majority of people choosing to play on xbox will be players who game regularly, and are just adding ESO to their lis...
The resolution discussion is really short sighted. A game could have higher res assets yet be rendered at a lower resolution, and also have lower rendered assets rendered a higher resolution. - Ex. A game with high res textures, rendered at 720p. A game with lower res textures rendered at 1080p. Which would look better? Vanilla Skyrim at 1080p, or Skyrim w/ high res texture pack at 720p. It makes the argument much more subjective.

I think much of his demeanor stems from the constant frustration he endures every time he gives an interview. Imagine being interviewed or giving your opinion on topics, only to have them constantly belittled, and yourself personally attacked by the community, sometimes for nothing more than the company (MS) you are associated with. A person could only take so much before they eventually are just like, "f*** it."

I enjoyed Judgment for its class/ability based co-op MP. I would like to see this mechanic explored and implemented more in-depth in future titles, and if it made its way into competitive MP, in a way that worked well, I might actually play it. As of now, I only ever play the SP and the co-op based MP of Gears.

I expected a response like yours, since the Sony crowd will use whatever justification it can to discredit the X1.

Funny you say that, because in the BF4 comparison vid, despite PS4 running at a higher resolution, it is the one that seems fuzzier/blurrier.

Throughout virtually the entire vid, the PS4 version looks washed out, while the X1 version appears to be crisper yet overall darker, despite PS4 having the higher resolution.
Getting a group of friends to play together, doesn't really need matchmaking. BF3 simply offered the ability to group up in a squad prior to joining a match. Actually, several games have a feature like this, where you can group up in a pre-lobby, and then play online as a group.
When I hear "matchmaking" I think more along the lines of the game having a system that finds players based on skill, lvl, playstyle, etc. to make for an optimal match, both in balance a...

I always here the "cheaper kinectless xbox" argument, but what if they simply offered the xbox as is at a lower cost? Is the Kinect so bad, that even at the same price (or lower) as the PS4, people would still refuse to buy an X1?
With that type of mindset, couldn't they just drop the kinect and keep the current price? Seems like a case of many wanting their cake and eating it too - they want to pay that price, and they don't want a kinect. Well, I'm sur...

It's an inaccurate comparison. They are comparing the definitive edition on console, to the original edition on PC. That being said, the PC version still looks good enough to warrant a comparison.
Exactly. Technical specs only explain so much. All my gaming friends have X1. I prefer the xbox controller over the DS. I prefer XBL over PSN. All the spec sheets in the world aren't going to help at all with those points.

There are many critics who agree that Ryse is the best looking game to date, even compared to KZ. If KZ was so goddamn gorgeous, wouldn't it be unanimous? KZ may look good, but nothing about it shouts "50% more powerful."
