People forget that a "horde mode" was also a part of Resistance 2 in the co-op missions, except that it wasn't a separate mode. The game just threw a ton of enemies at you.
Oh, that's right. You have to do stuff like this when you're stuck on a DVD9...

I'm laughing right now at all the people who mocked Wii motion controls and the PS3 Eye, and now they're jumping for joy at the idea of "virtually" giving Marcus Fenix a nice big bro-hug while they play Gears 3.

It's the biggest instance of franchise-milking we've seen this generation, and THAT should be a controversy we all pay attention to.
HAHAHAHAH! Killzone 2 was overhyped according to the list...
KZ2 was only "overhyped" in the eyes of blind fanboys. It smashed expectations and it's one of the highest-rated FPSs of this generation, not to mention one of the BEST looking games of this generation.
This author reeks. They put Lair and Haze on the list, but only mention Gears 2 and Too Human at the bottom? And they don't even mention Banjo Kazooie:N&B or Fable II?
It won't rock if you lack a PS3. Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls are the two highest-rated shooters and RPGs (respectively) of this year, and they are both PS3-exclusives. Chances are that R&C: Crack in Time will also be this year's highest-rated platformer.

The fact that Uncharted 2 is THE BEST game (according to dozens of review scores) of the fall/winter season should give it plenty of votes.
VGChartz isn't the only source reporting that the PS3 is outselling the 360 in all regions, so even though VGChartz is rubbish, in this case they are correct.
Microsoft cut the price twice in less than 3 weeks, yet it did NOT make a major impact on sales in ANY region (not even the US or UK, amazingly).
The same goes for the Wii. It cut price by $50 and sales have remained roughly the same.
The PS3 is the only console to get a price cut/hardware revision this year and also see a dramatic increase in sales.
GOTY.
And look, he didn't once bash Turn 10, Microsoft, or claim his game was "DEFINITIVE" or "the only racing sim shipping this generation".

Notice how after Alan Wake was shown off at E3, all previews of the game have ceased, yet journalists can't help but talk about Heavy Rain each and every month.
Pretty terrible list. Portal and Left 4 Dead were underhyped? Braid was underhyped?
And since when was Bionic Commando a good game? It was underhyped, but it was crappy.
I'm not sure any of the hardcore 360 gamers are going to care.
