I can play Limbo on PC.

And we all know how the media mega-hyped Braid and Castle Crashers...at least, until they came to PSN, too.

Heh. And people still keep perpetuating the myth that "teh PS3 is losing all of its exclusivez!"

Looks like the disagree-fairies are out in full force on this "pro-PS3" site. Haha!

Wait. Impossible to competitively price against Kinect? Kinect is $150. A Move+Camera bundle and one extra controller will be $150. Durrrrr. Math.

Kinect does not have "everything in one". Even the basic Wiimote - technology that is years old - is more accurate and versatile than Kinect. Kinect has so many limitations, not only with the sort of games it can play, but also player position, the number of players ($150 for two players?), lag, lighting conditions, and the amount of space between you and your TV.

I want Fable III to be good, but it won't be. Molyneux is leading it, meaning that a few great game concepts will be buried under average gameplay and a whole mountain of underdelivered (and undelivered) mechanics.

And by the way, "bigger game world than any MS game" doesn't mean much. MS has never put out very big games as far as size goes. "Bigger game world than any GTA game" for example would actually mean something.

Just my opinion....

Crysis 2 looks great, but in many ways C2 and Rage have yet to surpass the graphics of Killzone 2, let alone KZ3. I played through KZ2 this past week and it still has the best FPS graphics on the market. And don't forget how many people hated on the original Crysis for "generic gameplay". Oh, but SHOCK AND AWE, now that it's coming to consoles, the Crysis franchise looks sweet! Wow, I didn't see that coming...

And gue...

Clock Tower was decent, but darkride is absolutely right. Single-player niche games already have a difficult time selling on the 360. So, yeah, great idea! Let's take an even more niche Japanese title and put it on the 360, because we all know those Japanese games sell so great on the 360... /s

Microsoft has a business strategy? If anything, it looks like the want to make a quick buck (Kinect) and exit the console race as gracefully as possible. The Xbox division is STILL losing money (look it up, kids) and virtually every key member of the Xbox/Xbox 360 team has left Microsoft. On top of that, they're closing all their studios (the only new studio they have is Halo-related) and they have fewer and fewer 3rd-party exclusives coming down the pipeline. And, they continue to lose f...

Halo is a great GAME, but it has a mediocre story. I have been playing games since the NES, so I need more than just shinier graphics to catch my interest, and even Halo 3 couldn't deliver "shinier graphics"...er, wait...everything was "shiny".

No matter how many years you pay for LIVE, you will never ever get that money back in any way, shape, or form. It's gone.

PSN Plus gives you real discounts for real games that will stay on your hard drive. After 1 year, you will likely save more money on games than Plus's cost. Can LIVE offer that?

Microsoft will never achieve the top spot in the gaming industry. They simply don't have the talent. This generation has shown that $$$ alone doesn't make a great console. You have to have vision, creativity, and...oh, 1st party devs.

Codemasters isn't all that great of a developer, and Black wasn't all that great of a game (it was okay, but not great).

Man, this game looked great at E3. Glad to see that it turned out well. I'll probably pick it up at a later date if/when it hits other platforms.

I'm playing MGS: Peace Walker (one of the best handheld games ever), Patapon 2 (waiting for 3), and I will soon be playing the new God of War on PSP. Also, Persona 3 Portable just came out, a remake of one of the highest-rated PS2 RPGs.

So, no, it's not dead.

Anyone who takes Molyneux's "promises" seriously needs their head checked.

People don't realize that he's regurgitating the same "plans" that he claimed would be in Fable and Fable II. When will people actually call him to task?

I'm not even surprised that LBP2 isn't on the list. Yeah, if it was any OTHER series that won GotY last year, they'd be hyping it. I mean, c'mon. You can't ignore a sequel to a GotY game. It simply does not make sense. But no, it's LBP, Sony's little gem that slapped all the haters in the face.

For me, the MGS series is the king of stealth, not simply due to the mechanics, but also due to the wealth of different strategies and equipment. That's where Splinter Cell falls short, IMO, because it has a lot of cool moves, but it has limited and specific application.

Yep.

Otherwise, you'll see the downfall of Activision's last decent hardcore game (Call of Duty) and then it will be all Guitar Hero.

I've seen the videos of Bulletstorm, and to be honest, I think "Haze". Haze was hyped and all the way up until demo/release, the majority of gamers and the media thought that it would be a AAA game, but it ended up disappointing.

If it ends up being great, then AWESOME! There's nothing wrong with having another awesome game, but I don't think Bulletstorm will make the cut.

To be honest, I'd like them to make a new game NOT called "Alan Wake 2" that is somewhat related to the first one. Alan Wake was a decent game but the long development time and lack of gameplay innovation kinda made it seem like a old game. C'mon, do people honestly believe that Alan Wake did anything new? Apparently people haven't played Alone in the Dark or Silent Hill before...

And I'm flat-out AMAZED that people didn't call out Alan Wake'...
