Nice, MS congratulates Sony on launch day for their console. Sony can't even hold of the marketing BS one day to congratulate them...
To me, Sony is getting a little too cocky again. Gamers need to keep both of these companies eating humble pie...
GT5 announced in 2005 for PS3, and shipped in 2010...
GT7 announced in 2013, ship date unknown...
Seriously... Sony does this way too much... Last Guardian delayed, Drive Club delayed, Last of us was delayed, Killzone 2 was delayed, God of War III delayed, Heavy Rain delayed, LBP was delayed, Lair was delayed, etc...
It is an exception when Sony puts out one of their "AAA" titles on schedule. Before you disagree do a google searc...
Last week I bought a camera at Best Buy and it was DoA...
Maybe I should make a video, post it on the internet and that will make me famous?
Seriously people, as with any console launch, lets wait a few weeks and probably even months before someone declares doom and gloom.
Just like last gen when there were frame rate issues with many PS3 games at the start of the generation. But somehow that improved as the generation progressed.
For people to come to conclusions that one console is superior over another based on a few launch games being different in resolution is absurd. As seen last gen the PS3 started far inferior to X360 on framerates, but improved and surpassed as the gen progressed. I am not say X1 will pass PS4, but we simply don'...
I think EA has just topped MS on worst publicity and marketing efforts this year.
Wasn't Moore behind denying X360 RRoD issues last gen as well?
Sales of these two consoles will have nothing to do with buyer intent this holiday.
Both consoles will be limited based on how many units they can produce. As both are in high demand compared to what they can produce.
Over the longer term it is too early to say... This will be based on a lot of factors. Such as, bundling with TV services, price drops, games shipping, and how well each console vendor adapts their firmware to meet customer requests. None o...
I'm sure that person is using it as Fear, Uncertainity, and Doubt...
not the alternate meaning.
The review is from New Zealand... It is tomorrow there.
Agreed...
But 12 people out of every 10,000 owners online?
That is really bad...
OK. Too bad its exclusive to X1...
I have played GT and Forza and have driven a few of the real (mid to not quite high level) cars in real life...
I have found Forza to be more realistic then GT. If you search around many others feel the same way. And if you search around many people will tell you GT is better.
My point... Both are really good and both are simulator's not arcade racers. Forza Horizon was an arcade racer, but the main Forza games are just as much a simulator as GT is. ...
Forza is also held back until Wednesday so does that raise red flags too?
I guess it is going to be crap... Lazygamer knows everything obviously.
The Xbox unit is profitable... Just not as profitable as the enterprise unit...
The reason it would be cheaper is that there probably wouldn't even be an exchange of money.
It would be a Nintendo / MS merger...
MS would spin its consumer services like bing, xbox, and entertainment to Nintendo and run it out of Japan.
Nintendo today would stop doing hardware and console operating systems (MS proper would take hold of it) ...
A more likely event is for MS to buy Nintendo.
It would be cheaper and easier to execute.
The list is incomplete...
BF4, Crimson Dragon, Powerstar Golf, NBA Live 14, Lococyle, Lego Marvel, Skylanders Swap Force, Zumba Fitness, and Xbox Fitness are all missing...
Next gen is much more then "Looks". It is about doing things you could not do last gen...
In this case, it is number of zombies on screen, uniqueness of each zombie, variety of the weapons, etc. This games' next gen qualities have nothing to do with what it "looks" like and more to do with changing the way the genre plays.
I wish more games would've focused on gameplay and game characteristics and less on having a pretty screen. ...
Cable TV is dying, but Cable internet is continuing to replace it.
Phone companies are bundling legacy phone services with DSL Internet, Cable companies will bundle legacy cable services with Cable Internet...
What I really want is a 17" ultra thin laptop Xbone with LTE support. For $500 or less... (Not the $3-5K Ben Heck charges!)
The funniest thing happened... Clicked the link that took me to the PSLS page and the ad backgrounding the screen was Ryse! LOL...
Back on topic though... Looks like this generation will eat hard drives alive!
I wish MS would've delayed this game a year.
I am sure it is a decent game, but I don't think it will realize the potential it could've had since it shipped this year.
This is one time I wish MS was more like Sony, and not afraid to delay.
