Minecraft is $20 for the console and Win7 version, yet is only $6 on iPad...
Angry Birds Trilogy was $40 at retail for the console version, but only $10-15 for the phone version of the same bundles. (Same with Angry birds Star Wars).

Worldwide there are probably about 15 million gamers willing to buy next-gen consoles on day 1. Between MS and Sony they have released about 3.7 million consoles to the end of november... That leaves 11.3 million gamers without a next-gen console...
If both manufacturers make 1 million consoles a month it will still be a half year or more before demand is met by supply.

I agree the Xbox demographic is more action oriented, but, they have stressed this is action game first integrated with interactive.

Right. No where to be found... Just like Killzone 2 was for the first few years of the PS3. Lot's of trailers, no ship date... And then by the time Killzone 2 shipped CoD, Halo, Gears, and most other AAA shooters had caught up graphically.
Sony is notorious at this... I file The Order with Last Guardian right now... When they have a specific ship date narrowed down to a two month...

Alan Wake was a pretty good game (Not exceptional, but pretty good). I really liked the gameplay mechanics and the story was really good. It was really overly-ambitious for what the X360 could do though.
Had they just scrapped a X360 version and did their original vision of the game on X1 I think it would've been great.
I also enjoyed American Nightmare. That was even better.

I can agree that GT6 may not be the best racing game ever released...
But the graphics are solid, the cars control like cars, and the game is well polished.

Games deserve 5/10 and less when they are a complete and utter mess. Just like Knack and Ryse, GT6 (in my books) deserves at least 7/10.
Why do people keep approving these stories?
PS4 is better because it's specs are better and they have better 1st party studios, etc.

From what I can see... Sony fans are not only more loyal, they are fanatical.
And I think 90% of them work as spin doctors and marketers in real life... Why else would they be so tied to a brand? And why else would they be watching everything MS does and coming up with spin on it 24/7?

When 360 shipped this was a huge issue for MS. Almost all games were being built on Sony's console and then shipping later on the original Xbox.
By creating the launch parity clause this made many developers develop for 360 at the same time as PS3.
