Why would any sony fanboy be interested in this???
Sony fanboys have repeatedly stated that nobody wants a console as a TV box... They want it for games...
LOL...
"Crushing"...
Vita is being outsold by 3DS 6:1... That is crushing...
X1 being outsold 3:2... Not crushing...
Yes, yes, I know the fanboy argument... Sony is limited by supply... We will see in a few months how supply is doing...
@BOLO...
PS4 dominance...
What is dominance?
3DS is outselling Vita 6:1... That is dominance...
Even if PS4 was in endless stock I doubt it would outsell X1 6:1 when they are only doing 3:2 right now... Outselling a competitor 3:2 isn't even close to dominance.
When was this game first announced?
We should start taking wagers on ship dates...
The unfortunate thing is that I know quite a few people that bought a PS3 just for this game...
Sony constantly lies about ship dates as a marketing strategy... The funny thing is they sell it as "game improvement and polish" and stupid gamers buy it...
I love it...
Gamers are so f---ing gullible..
MS announces an always online console and gamers flee in droves...
Sony announces an always online service and gamers scream "brilliant"!...
Really? Where are all the defenders of offline gamers now?
Yep, Playstation is totally dominating the 3DS...
LOL...
If PlayStation is dominating then why is 3DS outselling Vita almost 6:1...
What is your definition of domination when PS4 is only outselling X1 3:2? That's not domination... That is a healthy lead... And given that X1 started so horribly, that actually doesn't bode well long term for PS4.
Vita is being obliterated by 3DS...
People say that PS4 is obliterating X1 and it is 4.2 to 3.0 million as of the end of 2013-ish...
What does that say about 41.5 million to 7 million? That should be the definition of obliteration.
VGC software numbers are crap...
They are often way out...
I remember there was one game where they said something like 300k sold to consumers... Then, a day later the publisher came out and announced 2 million sold to consumers... I haven't trusted their software numbers since.
I doubt fighting games would be good on a streaming service...
Gamers complain about the slightest latency in the console based versions... This will be magnified 10 fold over a streaming service.
That said, I would love it if they could pull this off!
And when MS releases X1 in China they will win that market hands down...
Everyone knows that the history between China and Japan...
Technically it is not 1.2 million...
Sony's numbers are "to date"...
MS numbers were "to the end of the year"...
Still Sony probably has about a one million lead...
Why isn't this part of the PSN+ subscription?
Your obviously a fanboy by telling people what they shouldn't buy.
I don't think this game will be missed by many... MLB 2K was a garbage title every year.
Hopefully someone else will pick up the licensing and do a decent multi-plat baseball game...
EA lost NCAA Football last year... Could 2K be picking it up? 2K lost MLB... Could EA be picking it up?
Especially, if I can transfer the game saves from X360... My tower to the top of the world and all around my world wants to be on X1!
So, people are having problem with a launch console that probably has about 100,000,000 lines of code in its operating system...
That's good to know, and I am sure both Sony and MS are working hard to iron out the wrinkles all over their newly launched systems...
As a (business) software developer myself, I would just like to state that there are bound to be issues in these systems... 100,000,000 lines of code is a massive engineering job, and shipping th...
So what are you judging that on? How many hours of total gameplay have you seen of it?
Don't get me wrong here... The same can be said of Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Fable Legends, etc...
I just don't know why people are automatically assuming The Order is complete greatness without seeing any significant amount of gameplay.
Marketing is really pulling the wool over people's eyes... To me, a game is not great until I play i...
infamous and Prototype are much different games...
Personally, I prefer Crackdown to both of them... That is just my preference.
As for Destiny, it looks like a typical Bungie game... I doubt it is generic, and I wonder why anyone that likes Halo would slag it, because from what I have seen the gameplay is very similar.
8 million plus gamers find Halo exciting... That's how many copies a main story Halo game usually sells...
Why are these consoles selling well?
Console gamers have not had a new console in 7-8 years depending on which one you bought... That is the longest cycle ever... Of course gamers are flocking to buy them.
Frankly, the content on X1 and PS4 has no system sellers yet. There are some decent games, but nothing that says, "OMG, I have to get rid of my previous gen console and pick that up ASAP".
