I'll never play Gran Turismo, Wipeout, or any boxing game any other way now.
Team Xbox is saying "this game is doing great", meanwhile everyone else is saying it failed to meet sales expectations and lost money... so which is it?

There's a big difference between buying studios that show promise and buying entire publishers just to make established franchises exclusive to your platform.
Doom under Microsoft... so much to look forward to.
@Mad, that's not to say there were not many thousands of truly amazing experiences produced in Dreams.
I think MM dropped the ball by not promoting those experiences well enough, by not making them accessible enough, and I think Sony dropped the ball by not promoting Dreams at all, as they tend to do with so much of their golden talent. They just kinda left it to die after a few presentations on stage. If they had been smart, Dreams would have been included as a PS4 bu...
"Let's take one of the best VR experiences out there and crap all over it!"
I really, really hope that the new game is just as much a revolution on the play create share idea as dreams was to LBP, I will be very disappointed if they're doing some other "Tearaway" or another kind of game. This is what MM does well, they need to stick to it. The market needs a game engine trainer to get new developers going out there. I now make games in UE5 because of Dreams, and I'm sure a lot of talent is being spawned out there by new Dreamers learning how game de...
The controls are frustrating, but beyond that, the gunplay is great.
Remember when magic clouds were supposed to solve this problem for us? lol
I agree here, especially since COD hasn't brought anything new to the FPS scene in over a decade, it won't be relevant much longer anyway.
This game is theraputic, and when I let my non-gamer family members try it, they take to it immediately, as the controls are just, natural... then they are taken in awe of the realistic, peaceful, relaxing visuals and audio... My sister is hooked on it, begging me to come play it all the time now. My (and their) only wish at this point is the ability to step out of the kayak onto land and explore, and also to scuba dive.
The games are better than any other VR headset I've owned or played (when they launched, PSVR2 is still brand new). The games already out are fantastic, and the ones on the horizon look even better.
I think they'll wait for a price cut before trying to move it through brick and mortar retaiers.
Dynasty Warriors 62: The Same Game Since the PS2 Games coming to gamepass! Now with 100 more fighters on screen, but the same AI!
I didn't hear anything about the finger tracking until I saw it while playing RE8... actually making a fist to make a fist in-game, opening my hand to open it in-game... a really cool and under-utilized feature that adds a lot to the immersion.
Rep. Kevin McCarthy: Those people are stopping American businesses from selling those play things in Japan, and this will not stand! We want the PlayBoxes to be fairly sold worldwide, we demand it! IF you do not start selling more good ol' American-made Nintendos in China, we're going to call for an investigation and subpoena Xi Jinping to testify before Congress!
Yet more proof that it is holding back this generation... yet the fanboys still deny.
If adding a couple steps to the install process gives me 2x the storage space (and faster overall speeds, considering Kraken hardware decompression is added to the mix) at the same price, sign me up!
Yet another generation they will lose. They've lost every one so far.
it'll still have to make some compromises most likely. I'd love to be pleasantly surprised that the level of realism seen in the trailers will hold up on consoles, but I have my doubts.
