Any price cut is a good thing in this day and age, but it also reveals a flaw in GamePass' design that we've all been calling out for years... it's unsustainable, especially with day and date releases on new games. COD won't be the only game they exclude, they're setting a precedent with it that they'll likely expand upon in the future.

The guy we interviewed both times' name was Simon, I can't remember his last name, it was 20 years ago, but he was a really nice guy, and was very passionate about his job. I interviewed them twice back in my gaming journalist days... Once at E3 2006 and again on a podcast about a year later. Really nice folks.
It harms Sony as piracy is everywhere on PC, gives people less reason to buy their consoles, and (in games with cross platform support) PC players often come with cheats. Higher rendering res and textures, higher framerate, maybe toss in some global illumination/ray tracing, but other than that, they could keep every polygon the same and it would still look absolutely incredible as a current gen title.
To this day, there still hasn't been a game to pull off better rain effects.

It had potential, but was lazily implemented. The disc golf game, for instance, had me dreaming of finally having a full VR sequel to sports champions disc golf on PS3... the most accurate disc golf sim ever made. This version, however, flat out sucked. The physics were all wrong, the controls sucked... it was a huge disappointment. After trying that, I never looked back.
