Being worried about whether or not your character has a digital dick or not is the pinnacle of fragile masculinity.
I tried mercs, I wanted to love it so badly, as I grew up playing Mechwarrior, but a few missions in I just started getting my ass kicked and couldn't figure out a way around it. Maybe I'll give it another go.
Of all the games they could have remastered, this needed it the least.
No, they knew they couldn't build a $400 box that would hit 4K60 on everything when even a 4090 can't do that... so they planned on a mid-gen upgrade for those who wanted to get as close to that as possible and had a few extra bucks to spend... just like with last gen. It worked great for them last time, and likely will this time as well. I definitely do not mind having all my games look and run better half way through the generation.
There's already a "small handful" of titles confirmed to be using these features at launch.
It's up to how the developer chooses to implement the extra power.
And it's free! Team Asobi FTW
This has to be one of the laziest remasters I've seen, when they were going back and forth between the original and the remastered, it was hard to tell at times. They could have at least added some good lighting.
Seriously, take that crap back to the 1900's where it belongs.
Sometimes the best stories do not need a sequel. Sometimes a sequel just dumbs it down. Jin completed his story.
The main character could be a panda, and I know Sucker Punch would still masterfully craft an amazing experience around it. I don't care who it is, we're getting another Ghost game, finally! Day one.
Hitman PSVR2 and a new Sucker Punch Ghost game, more than enough for me.
If they do any online only live service stuff, give us MAG or Warhawk, games that actually perfected that formula.
They'll do that, after creating 4 more higher-priced tiers and making the one that currently includes everything only contain games that have been on the market for 4 years.
"Gamepass Ultra to the MAX: Now only $299 per year!"
Astrobot has crashed on me twice so far, hopefully this sorts that out.
We don't yet know how the GTA6 engine is going to work... these "it'll be CPU bound" rumors are based on how GTA5 performs, but we don't yet know what tasks GTA6 will use the CPU for, which it will use the GPU for, which optimizations they have done since 5's engine released over a decade ago, etc... Let's just wait until we get some more concrete info.
They did delay it until 2026.
They're even remastering the consoles themselves now, lol.
This comment section needs more astro bots, fewer of the other kind. so many haters trying to mass-downvote a game they've never played.
I agree, it gives them several games they can later make sequels to, so they can make sequel after sequel without milking the same storyline to the point of reducing its quality.
