I've been playing it a little on PSN recently, the only modded lobbies I've encountered are super-speed and unlimited ammo, neither of which are game breaking and can be a lot of fun. They aren't frequent enough to be annoying, but they pop up every few play sessions and actually break up the monotony quite nicely. I don't own Cod4 on 360, so I couldn't speak for them in that regard.

There are people that hack to ruin the experience and there are people th...

If this dropped back in '01-'03, it might have had a chance at being a success. George Broussard was too caught up in the ambition of the project and lacked the focus to deliver the game when it NEEDED to be delivered.

As it stands, Forever looks like a relic of the late nineties. I might check it out eventually given the hysteria surrounding the project, but it probably should have been dropped when 3D realms was downsized.

No one cared about the Killzone 3 campaign either because that was 4-5 hours as well. Their focus, like Call of Duty, lies with the multiplayer.

Quite simply, if you haven't played this, you need to.

I bought this on Steam about a year ago and the soundtrack is mind-boggling.

I'm hoping for a sequel to this bad-boy in the near future.

This looks like awesome fun. People are so quick to judge, particularly here. Superb animations running on the Source Engine.

I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed the BFBC2 campaign after all the talk that it was mediocre. I don't expect too many campaign hours in military shooters anymore. I play Battlefield and Call of Duty online extensively anyway.

A lot of posters here hit the nail on the head. I just hope Insomniac doesn't look down on the PS3 community because of some seriously retarded eggs. I've had nothing but great times playing Resistance, Ratchet & Clank and Spyro. Wish them all the best in the future, they truly deserve to reach a wider audience.

Like Iron Fist said, do we even know it's the same critic? No.

Members make remarks that are equally as ludicrous. If we collectively took every member comment about inFamous 2 and produced a review, it'd be hailed as one of the greats of all time. I'd wait until their written review is out before passing judgement.

Crackdown 2 is complete garbage, in my opinion anyway. Do I care what Edge think? Hardly. People will also dust off an older review t...

Look at the ridiculous amount of disagrees. What to learn from this: Don't even touch the fanboys.

For the record, I've been having freezing issues in Fifa 11. Whether or not it's attributed to the firmware, I don't really know.

I remember the article from a few weeks ago in which so many members were quick to dismiss this game because of graphics or budget or otherwise.

It looks like great co-op fun in the vein of Killing Floor or Left 4 Dead, with the movie Heat as the backdrop.

I'm all for deserved HD enhancement, but I'm not sure I like them changing some of the voice acting.

@M-Easy & Focker, did you think perhaps that he had the problem, looked for a possible solution, came across the article and wanted to inform more people who may have had the same issue?

He places an overemphasis on some of the problems a game has, but I'm sure he does enjoy most of them. When he does criticise a game, he's absolutely spot-on about its issues and he goes beyond the general critical analysis to highlight the negative aspects, albeit in a humorous way.

For example, as much as I enjoy LA Noire, I think the problems Yahtzee had with the game are incredibly accurate. He liked the game more than he lets on, but his reviews are free from pan...

Rockstar haven't watered-down any of their previous multi-plats, why would they do it now? Especially considering that the PS3 is the lead platform for Agent.

I'd like to see an answer as to 'why not?', That's all really. If they can't then so be it, but it's one of the biggest draw-cards of XBL. I love party/cross game voice chat. The versatility of it is difficult to describe until you've used it yourself.

As for whether it's too late to add it. I certainly disagree with that. Big multiplayer releases this year alone. I'd like to see even a mention that it's a possibility.

Both conferences were disappointing in a lot of ways. Sony's was marginally better simply because the focus on Move was subtly added at the end of each discussion. Kinect practically had its own conference. You can use it with Mass Effect 3 now? Well damn, I'm supposed to be impressed with that? I'd like to see the number of people that utilise Kinect when the game comes out.

The price of the NGP was just right. I like most of the features, but can't party cha...

@Estranged, 3 million is a good figure, but keep in mind that it was one of a few launch titles and subsequently packaged with the ps3 for years to come. It was always going to sell big. Resistance 2 sold a million less.

The point I'm trying to make is, this is a great stepping stone to becoming a better company and in turn, delivering a variety of games to a larger populus. The exclusivity gave them great credentials and now they can move forward. Much like Bungie, Valve...

I predominantly play on the PS3 but I have absolutely no objection to Insomniac moving onto bigger and better things. Nothing bad comes of this, but people like to assume that they are "betraying" a certain group of boys that shall remain nameless.

This is a chance for a quality developer to reach out to a bigger fanbase. Bungie are doing the same. What's bad about that?

Ah, cool. Wasn't aware. Reading up on it now and it says their development partner went under before they could being production. Hope they revisit it at some point. Thanks for the heads-up.

It's being released digitally. So I assume that's both Steam and PSN. It looks like it'll be in the mould of Killing Floor, which never retailed for a full $60, more like $20.

I feel like I'm in the minority here, but this looks like a tonne of fun for co-op fanatics. I loved the movie Heat and the multiplayer was the best aspect of Kane & Lynch. It seems to be inspired by those and Killing Floor.

I say give it a chance. It won't be a ...
