it was Game Republic's PS3 exclusive from 2007 that was charming, fun to play, and had an intriguing story.
i thought the demo for Maijin was weak, but i was intrigued, and will more than likely pick it up when i have the extra cash. i'm a big fan of Game Republic after Folklore.

Safe bet is Uncharted 3 game play trailer.
i can see it being revealed at Spike in the form of a teaser trailer, and then have Sony blow the doors off of it with a game play reveal.
however, i can also see it being a multi-player reveal for inFAMOUS 2. the game hits in 8 months, why not start the hype now? probably because the DC Universe MMO is hitting, and any momentum that might have would be squashed by some amazing looking inFAMOUS 2 MP.

I have the 1 disc out at a time plan, as me and my wife don't watch many movies, and the selection of shows on Netflix is quite a bit.
We have over 400 movies and shows in our instant watch queue, and we keep adding more. I'll stick with that plan.
We also just recently got Hulu Plus, which pales in comparison to Netflix as far as options go, but it's only $7.99 a month, and it has potential. We have enough stuff on there to keep us busy also.
i'm not a big racing game fan, so i actually got Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood instead of Gran Turismo 5.
now it's all a matter of waiting for my PS3 to get back from repair. i'm hoping it will be before the week is out. Amazon has already shipped AC, so it should be arriving soon. i HATE that i'm more than likely going to have to look at the game case for a few days before i can play it. ah well.

while my wife was playing Fallout: New Vegas. this is the SECOND time my PS3 has died, both while playing a Fallout game (Fallout 3 killed my PS3 in 2008 while my wife was playing).

ironically enough, it was Fallout 3 that killed my previous PS3 in the EXACT SAME WAY.
Sony wants me to pay $192 to get it fixed. it's a 60gig BC PS3, so there's no way i'm giving it up and swapping it for a Slim like they tried to push me to.
