Yeah, but that glitch is Sony's fault. Some people on n4g take console loyalty very seriously. They're treating this guy like a traitor. He didn't swear allegiance to Sony. What he did do is be a loyal customer throughout his gaming life and when it came time for Sony to have his back and fix a problem they caused, they told him he's on his own. I say he's not so much a "major douche" as he is understandably frustrated.

Does anyone else think it's weird that someone would work at IGN and NOT preorder the first new console that's been released in six years? The thing with a capacitive screen is it's not as durable as a resistive one. These systems are designed for kids to drop and misuse. The reason multitouch exists is because the touch screen is the only way to control an iPad or smartphone. You need multitouch to have more control options. Having face buttons, triggers, and two analog sticks solves that problem. I played through Spirit Tracks without playing Phantom Hourglass. I heard Spirit Tracks was better so I thought I might as well skip the first one. According to this list my sources were wrong. I might have to try Phantom Hourglass now!
The only reason it was called the Xbox 360 was because it was going up against the PlayStation 3. It couldn't be Xbox 2 vs. PlayStation 3 since normal people would just assume the 3 is better. I actually think that was a great strategy.
