I honestly didn't expect this to come to Japan. I wonder if it will be as good as the NA version.
I do?
According to the source article the guy connected to the train's wifi with his phone and then tethered through that.
I preordered this time but I camped out for the Wii. Camping out is fun. It was like a Nintendo party. Some guys brought a generator, a TV, and a SNES and let people play. Everyone else was playing Mario Kart together on their DSs. Another guy was giving out beer to the over 21 crowd. It was good times.
That link is amazing. Not a fan of putting a mask on Link though, his facial expressions are the only way he shows emotion.
I kinda liked Zelda.
Actually yeah, I think you're right now that I think about it.
Where did talking about reviews come from? This article is about whether or not the Wii U will replicate the Wii's success. I agree with the article that it will not. My anecdotal evidence is that none of the nongamer people I've talked to have heard of the Wii U. Everyone knew about the Wii.
Won't somebody please think of the children?!
Japanese gamers don't even get a game with their Deluxe Wii U. What a rip off.
I've always liked the sci-fi aspects that have worked their way into recent Zeldas. As long as Zelda remains grounded in fantasy then I wouldn't mind even a whole sci-fi based dungeon. Of course Zelda shouldn't go all sci-fi, then it wouldn't be much different from Metroid.
A big point this author is making is that we'll see a resurgence of the JRPG. Maybe that will be so, if these games are actually localized. In the past (current?) generation there has been a MUCH lower percentage of games being released in every region. Look at Bravely Default, a very popular JRPG for 3DS that still hasn't been announced for release outside of Japan. I'm hoping with digital distribution we'll get some games we wouldn't have otherwise.
What link? The article is fine.
Yeah, the GamePad should have come with a bigger battery.
I don't care about any of his other complaints.
Me and my wife also love local co-op. It's the main reason I'm getting a Wii U.
WHAT?? Guess I won't be buying any games digitally...
The best article I've read about the Wii U release so far.
I gotta admit, I'm pretty disappointed about the lack of an accomplishments system. I'm still getting a Wii U of course, but I wish Nintendo would have listened to their fans about this. Maybe they'll add it in an update...
Yeah, what's up with that? I've been checking for reviews everyday and so far nothin'. I thought this game was fairly hyped... At least enough to worthy a review.
Because tablets are popular now and Nintendo releases a console with a tablet-like controller, Nintendo doesn't get it? That seems like a good idea to me.
