@ZodTheRipper Agreed, I've been saying for a while that there'll be a price drop around that time, probably for Black Friday. Hell, if they do that price drop, it'll BURY the XB1 this holiday season. Microsoft can't release the non-Kinect XB1 AND drop it in price so fast in a row, it'll anger players and DEFINITELY anger investors.

I think they need to scale back to releasing the series, say, once every two years, and have more varied and innovative gameplay and story in subsequent iterations. I still think the first Modern Warfare is the definitive modern multiplayer FPS, the problem is that the series hasn't really moved beyond that.

My opinion: EVERY game should have photo mode. inFamous SS showed that it adds a LOT of fun to the game, and a similar feature was selfies in GTA5, and gamers loved to do those.
If a feature adds something to a game without taking anything away, even if it's something as simple as facilitating screen caps, it should by all means be added to the overall package, especially when it's a feature that's so simple to implement yet so fun as photo mode.
Completely agree with this article. I think the ones who put it best are CD Projekt Red in their Cyberpunk 2077 trailer when it shows the release date: "When it's ready." I honestly could not care less about how the PS4 does in Japan, considering that except for Nintendo, Kojima Studios and a few other select development teams, no Japanese gaming company has any relevance in this day and age. I personally loved the fusion gun secondary weapon. Throw the flashbang at a Wizard or Captain, shoot a burst of flaming hot plasma at them and watch them disintegrate into nothingness. The fact the gun has to wind up before firing makes it even more delicious *tweeeeeeee ZAP!*
Not saying it's the BEST weapon, but it certainly was fun and satisfying. Which is the reason I play games, really, fun and satisfaction.

I'm getting Metro Redux stat. I missed out on 2033 since it didn't come out for PS3, and both Metro games look AMAZING on high settings on a PC. Having both games on a system that makes them look fantastic for the price of one is cake.

Jesus, dude, why'd you go and do that? As much as I love my PS4, my PS3 still gets WAY more play. Right now it has arguably the greatest current game library, and there's still exclusive games coming down the pipeline(Persona 5!!), not to mention free games each month on PS+.
My PS3 died a few days back(it was a Fat backwards compatible one, it was just a matter of time) and I didn't even wait 24 hours to get a Slim to replace it. The PS3 library is just too good....
I got $25 off with Gamestop's offer to trade the original in, and I traded in some games I'm done with, so mine is paid for without digging into my wallet. Seriously, whoever bought the game before can do the trade to get it cheap, and even the ones who didn't get it originally get it at a reduced price, with all the DLC included and looking better than most new-gen games. I find the lack of Demon's/Dark Souls disturbing. Sure, they're mostly single-player games with co-op as a feature you only engage in if you want to, but I myself HATE multiplayer in gaming, yet I LOVE the co-op of the Souls games.
