That looks goofy and ridiculous as all hell. Like they never got past 90's aethetics. And it just has that EXTREEEEEEEME!!! vibe that pisses me off about most Microsoft exclusives.
Oh boy, can't wait for Halo 5, Gears Of War 4 and Kinect(insert any concept imaginable here)!! [/sarcasm]
I'm crossing my fingers hoping to hear some booing. That'd bring a happy tear to my eye.
Fake Kaz Hirai is Best Kaz Hirai XD
I'll tell you that when you tell me how you got Fable III for free without paying for X-Box Live.
YEAH, BRO! DORITOS AND MOUNTAIN DEW WITH MICROSOFT IS THE SH*T, BRO! AND I'M GONNA EAT THEM WHILE PLAYING CALL OF DUTY AND SH*T, BRO! AND WATCHING FOOTBALL AND CABLE AND SH*T, BRO!
.........................
BRO!
Pfft, no. Why would a half-dozen games at $50 sway the opinion of an entire industry to lower their prices?
“And Tony, you know if it was left to me, I would raise the prices even further.”- Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard. Guess what game is NOT getting its price dropped? Hint: its name starts with C and ends with -all Of Duty: Ghosts.
I work too hard for my money to waste it on multiple consoles, and I'm sure as hell not gonna endorse a console which is blatantly trying to screw me out of said money. Plus I'm a soldier, I don't intend to have a console that turns into a useless brick when I go on deployment(TRY to get a good connection in Afghanistan).
Um, Microsoft can only reduce the MSRP on their own product, I.E. the X-Box One, its peripherals and first-party games. If Microsoft even suggests to third-parties to lower their MSRP, the third-parties will laugh in their face. You REALLY think someone like EA or Activision would put up with that crap? They're as bad as Microsoft themselves!
So Gamestop has preorders for a system that doesn't have a price range yet and that is implementing DRM and anti-used games measures that directly hurt their business?
Keep smoking, dude, that's some good sh*t.
All the Disagrees on my post made me laugh, I just stated facts and got downvoted like crazy. The trolls are out en-masse XD
All in one... except if you don't log in every 24 hours, then it's jack-squat in one.
The amount of stupid in this slogan baffles me. Seriously, how hard can it be to come up with a decent slogan? They messed up everything about the system, they should at least give it a catchy phrase.
Sony just needs to show the physical console, reveal more games for all their systems(which they most likely will) and highlight upcoming stuff for PS Plus and they have the entirety of E3 in the bag. For the life of me, I can't think of a single announcement Microsoft can make that can make them even out against Sony.
Oh, a free game on X-Box Live, how nice.
Meanwhile, on PS Plus, so far I've gotten for free inFamous 2, LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet Kart Racing, Space Marine, Just Cause 2, Vanquish, XCOM, Uncharted 3, Borderlands, Deus Ex, Ratchet & Clank All 4 One, The Cave, Knytt Underground...
Yeeeah...
Even if they did that, by then it'd be too little too late. Gamers wouldn't forgive the bad faith shown by Microsoft at the start of the new system's lifecycle, and by then they'd already have a system they've stuck with for a while, so there'd be no incentive to switch.
Gamefly and Redbox are not gonna go under just because one console does not allow for easily rented games. If anything, the companies will all but publicaly endorse Sony and only stock their product, giving gamers even MORE incentive to buy the PS4. If I was given a choice between buying a system that makes me pay for each and every game I rent or buy used or to instead buy one that gives me no restriction and subscribe to a rental service, the choice is obvious.
Seriously, M...
MS DOES own Rare, but the Killer Instinct franchise is not Rare's, it was developed by Rare but belongs to Nintendo. Same as it was with Donkey Kong Country, Rare-developed but owned by Nintendo. If Rare wanted to make a new Killer Instinct game, they'd have to buy the rights for the franchise from Nintendo, and FAT CHANCE Nintendo's gonna let them go so the game can be developed for a competitor.
Like the saying goes: a picture's worth a thousand words XD
And I agree with you, dude, I'm glad that Tekken, even if it's by simple coincidence, is exclusive on PS again. That series' history is inextricably linked with the PS brand, and its most loyal fans will always be on the Sony side.
And Killer Instinct can't come out on XB1. While Rare developed the game, it's a Nintendo franchise. And to be honest, after a decade and a half, f...
Dude, seriously? A friggin' developer himself states to you outright that Microsoft screwed you over and you're still throwing the trolling/no games card?
I swear, some people are just completely incorrigible.
So...
499 Euros = 658 dollars.
There you go, Europe, Microsoft LOVES you.
What a bunch of money-grubbing scumbags.
