There's a difference between a handheld developing dead pixels throughout its lifetime and having them right out of the box. If it went to court, Nintendo would totally lose this one.
Gun, meet foot.
The gameplay makes Aloy totally feel like a playable Princess Mononoke.
I love Ash's work as a voice actress. She truly has an amazing range. Tiny Tina, Miss Pauling, Aloy, Cricket and Cassie Cage are so different you'd actually believe they were played by different actresses. And I love Aloy's characterization. She's confident without being cocky, serious without being cynical and genuinely warm and kind when the situation merits it. Truly one of the best characters period I've played in a long time, let alone female character.
The sun shines, the river flows and Sony has the games. Been this way for over two decades :)
Got super hyped.... then saw it was a mobile game and my heart got passed through the wringer.
This article is retarded. Blizzard didn't ask for the shutdown because it's risque pictures of the Overwatch characters, it's because the creators of Playwatch are using Patreon, which is a form of monetization. It's kinda sucky that they're getting shut down, but in legal terms Blizzard is in the right here. And Blizzard is WAY more lenient about this kind of stuff than someone like Konami or Nintendo is. If they didn't make any money out of it, Blizzard wouldn't ...
Not only do they need third party support to fill in the droghts between Nintendo's big releases, Nintendo should also get more developers to work on franchises they're neglecting. How about giving Sega the F-Zero franchise again? Have Retro Studios do Metroid Prime 4. Have someone like Platinum do Kid Icarus. Ninte do's so insular that they're both wearing themselves thin and falling into the Microsoft trap of depending too much on specific IPs. We can only take so many Mario...
This feeds to my argument that performance and stability have more value than resolution. People make a big stink about the Pro's 4K being upscaled instead of native, but does it really make that big a difference? If the upscaled 4K doesn't make a big difference in visuals but does make a difference in performance, I'd say that's a fair compromise, especially considering the Pro's price is the same price the vanilla PS4 had when it debuted. Not saying inflation was that bi...
Agreed. Even if Horizon "flopped" (which it won't), they already have Yakuza 0, Persona 5, NiOh and a bunch of other great exclusives just on rhe first quarter alone. Hell, you could even make an argument that Resident Evil 7 is a system seller, since Sony offering the most affordable VR experience in gaming right now means that those interested in the technology will probably opt for the PSVR version over Oculus or Vibe. Nintendo technically always have more exclusives, but the...
Is 4K REALLY that much of a thing for you guys? Not being condescenfing or confrontational, I really wanna know. Like many have said here, true 4K is an expensive proposition, requiring a high-end PC with powerful 3D cards and loads of RAM, not to mention a 4K monitor or TV. I personally much prefer performance over resolution, so 1080p with max quality textures at 60fps is a much better goal in my opinion. Not dissing the 4K faithful, if you can afford it go for it, but for us people of more...
Not on the least. It'll be a good year for Microsoft with the Scorpio, for sure, but Sony having a good year as well is not mutually exclusive. And Nintendo has a vertical battle.
Pffffft no. The default controller is garbage for fighting games, Nintendo's online service is unproven for fighting games and Nintendo is notoriously hard to work with for big events. The PS4 will remain the big system for fighting games and no one's knocking it out of that niche.
Tough to disagree with the general sentiment here. I'm actually playing my first playthrough of the game right now, and I am having a blast. I'm barely starting Skellige and I'm already a good 150+ hours into the game. This game is the def8nition of bang-for-your-buck. And yes, the more I play it, the more excited I am for Cyberpunk 2077, especially since I'm both a fan of the genre AND of the Cyberpunk tabletop RPG in particular.
2B is the most fanservicelicious female in gaming since Bayonetta.
As attractive as the Switch is looking, I still won't commit to buying it until I see the magic word.
No bull, I would pay full price for a PS4 port of Tekken Tag 2.
Yes it would. It would be called Yakuza.
Oh great, they're pulling the same crap they did with Asura's Wrath.
I hope this game sells like $#!+ so Capcom finally learns their lesson to stop screwing the loyal fans over.
I'm hoping a feature they add in a future update is the ability to buy resources in bulk. Having to tap X rhythmically to buy wires is my only complaint about the game.
