I have Halo 3, but I didnt get all that much out of it.Its a neat game and if I had good enough broadband to do a FPS online,i'd probably like it more.
That being said, I dont think its a ripoff at 60 bucks.Best Buy for example is STILL getting $40.00 for Halo 3,so enough people think its worth it and thats all that really matters.
If its not worth it, the prices will adjust accordingly.
Yeah I really liked the "Ladies and Gentlemen" ad.The others after that up to the 09 campaign were forgetable IMO.
Ive only seen the first one of the new three on TV. Its real funny, but could they have used a "guy" who doesnt look like the stereotypical WOW player like South Park depicted?
The other two are good too,but I like the "299.00 in denial" the best.
And you dont think behind a closed door a MS or Sony exec isnt saying

I used to be all into updating my PC to play the latest and greatest.But since I got my PS2 8? years ago, I got away from it.The consoles started giving me the games I liked playing,in a enviorment I prefer using (living room),with minimal hassles, and less expense.
Dont even use a desktop anymore.Last time me and the wife were "due" to get a new computer,I just bought two laptops. Could have built/bought a kickin desktop for the same money,but convienence and portabilty won ...

Personally, I have no intentions of buying Halo myself. Bought Halo 3 when I got my 360, but I never really got into it.

All of them fall into one of these two catagories:
1) The Wii is there for their kids
