Clearly fake.
Doesn't have enough sun glare, somethings fans have grown to expect from the Battlefield series.
... That made my head hurt.
Then I realized he's talking about bandwidth.
I'm not surprised that it still got brought up in the comments.
They're gonna need more Usher.
That's pretty much already being done, with games like Rage and ArkhamCity locking away single-player content unless you have a code.
Playing smart and not relying on a UAV all the time is an easy way of countering ghost.
Crytek and Nordic are just developers/publishers. Why would a console be a threat to them?
... and there are others that like to cover their hate with the blanket of criticism as well.
When you make comments like:
"To play the Nintendo victim as usual with baseless conspiracy theories, right?" like you did above, then it's pretty easy to see which category you're in.
It's ok though, since none of the enemies are wearing any rings, so they couldn't have left any widows behind.
I don't really consider uncharted to be a trilogy because not much carries over from one to the other. The possibility of UC4 is pretty much open.
Could probably swap UC3 around with UC2 and not much would change, especially with the way characters show up and disappear.
While a series like GodOfWar carries over and the final entry is a culmination of previous events.
"Who's to say that this won't grow into something more that has a detrimental impact on the industry?"
This has been going on for a long time though, which is what makes this current issue so negligible.
Some fold to the pressure, such as EA removing the taliban from MoH's multiplayer. Other's stick to their guns, like Dante's makeover in DmC.
Ultimately, it rests on the publisher/developer to decide how to handl...
" If we wish games to be considered on the same level as Movies or Literature, then games have to be allowed to freely tackle any and all subjects without fear of recrimination."
Games are already allowed to do that.
The trophy didn't really tackle any subject of value. It just had an offbeat name.
While the people crying misogyny are over-blowing this subject, it just seems equally silly to turn this into a cause for 'games as art...
"The age rating means nothing. Society pays no attention to it."
It means something because the only way a lawsuit would fly is if the game was marketed to kids. It isn't.
You can't sue anyone for using a mean word, it goes straight against freedom of speech.
Kratos has done worse acts towards women in the past games, and some of the older trophies are arguably worse than the 'bros' one.
If anyone wanted to sue Sony/S...
^ The U.S. is also one of the strongest backers of free speech, and lawsuits over negligence are completely irrelevant to video games which have a clear age rating.
So while it's always fun and all to bash the U.S. at any opportunity, this isn't one of those cases.
^ How exactly does one prove that a game is the best looking shooter?
Seems like you'd hit the subjectivity wall pretty quickly.
That's the lesson Ubisoft learnt.
Seems other publishers still can't resist dipping their toes into it.
@Larry L
"Isn't PS3 more powerful than an equivilent PC?"
In terms of gaming, yes, the PS3 can do more because it is mostly dedicated to gaming. A PC on the other hand, has to deal with applications running in the background along with an OS.
@Morganfell
"If you think studios and publishers give PC gaming the backseat now, just wait until the PS4 hits"
... The PS4 is very close to a PC in terms of hardw...
@imtheman2013
He did what any good reviewer should do. He pointed out the good and bad so that you, the viewer, can make up your own mind.
This is the part of a review that should be objective.
The final score is based on his own feelings about the game. To him, the trophy thing was a big deal and was 'irredeemably' bad.
This part is inherently subjective, so I don't get why you're expecting it to be objective.

He also followed the 'borderline' comment by saying that it was still within the boundaries of the series.
His complaint wasn't really on the brutal nature of that scene, rather it was the developers throwing in a juvenile joke that soured the experience for him.
Seems they didn't learn from BF3 and are going for a similar SP campaign yet again.
Oh well.
Voice acting took me by surprise at the start though.
