Didn't Harmonix make the first GH? So, they didn't really "steal" anything from GH.
Activision just latched onto the GH name and milked it, otherwise, Harmonix is the original dev and they're the ones who've pushed the genre forwards.

It isn't really being compared.
It's like if someone came and said that SuperMarioGalaxy2 has awesome graphics, and someone else counter-argued that Uncharted looks much better. The comparison doesn't mean the two things are close, rather it's just a means to show the gap between them.
